So some friends gave us a Panera gift card and we so much enjoyed our meals with it. I got the half Philly cheese steak and a delicious fireside chili and she got the Italian sandwich with winter squash soup which she said was absolutely delicious. Thank you Panera for providing some hot meals on a cool fall evening!

Welcoming service, fast service, delicious food. Salt and pepper near the counter in case you don’t see it for your food when you sit down. Don’t think I would get the bubbly drink again cause it tastes like tap water. Great place to do business! Would definitely recommend for the soup n Mac!

Seating needs an update with wobbly tables and split seats. The employees give excellent service and the food is one of the best Panera Bread. Not anything against this location, but I wish that the baguettes were fresher. A place that has “Bread” in its name should have 1st class bread. Sandwich bread is usually top notch, but the baguettes are usually chewy and barely edible at any location I’ve been to.

I spend quite a bit of time at PB while traveling. It’s one of my fav places to grab a quick bite, work a bit and recharge in a laidback, warm environment. Stumbled across a PB in Fort Oglethorpe and what to my wondering eyes did appear? The ‘cleanest’ PB I’ve seen. Folks, I’m talking clean tables without a trace of food particles or yucky, sticky stuff and no breadcrumbs on the floor or the back of seat cushions. Clean fountain area too! Just clean, clean, clean everywhere you look. Great soup and super friendly staff, as usual in PB stores. Mad respect to the management team, staff for their outstanding cleanliness skills.

Air conditioning isnt needed when it is around 8 am and temp outside is might coat. If Panera was a fast food spot I would say good job but more of s casual diner. Uncomfortable

I ate a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on Asiago bread called the Scramble and it was SO GOOD. My wife got the sandwich with avocado on it and it just wasn’t as tasty (no sausage). Love that the coffee is free refill and just walking in and seeing all the baked goods is a pleasure. Definitely like the vibe, and I stayed and worked on my laptop a few hours.

Absolutely awful service. Ordered on Door Dash, they didn’t even make it and give it to the Dasher until after it was late and it was supposed to have been delivered already. The kind Dasher waited there for the order forever and it was only two very small breakfast sandwiches. The stores counter receipt shows it took them over 30 minutes to even make the order and is time stamped after the order was already late. At one point, I called the store to find out why my order had not been made yet with the Dasher there for over 25 minutes and the Panera employee was very rude. We will absolutely never order from this Fort Oglethorpe location again.

WHEW ATTENTION TO THE HR AT THIS LOCATION LOL. I’m a truck driver and ordered food here from doordash since I’m running out of time on my clock to drive somewhere to eat. I called and spoke with the manager at 4pm on 10/5 so they can possibly double secure the food during transportation and she was actually upset that I’ve asked. She actually said “Well you can just pick it up. Why order doordash then if you have to ask for that” as if I ruined her day. VERY RUDE. I had to call back right after and told a nice employee to tell the woman previously that I apologize for asking. I wish I could cancel the order but doordash wouldn’t give me a full refund since they were already making it. Hopefully the bitter betty manager didn’t do anything silly to my order. Long story short, if you dislike your job, go ahead and get your CDL
