Probably my favorite Panera. Today was the first time I’ve ever come to this Panera. I typically only go to Panera to work. Anyone that goes to coffee shops to work I will tell you that one of the hardest things to do is find a plug for your device. A lot of times you have to wait for others to move or finish using an outlet. This Panera has a long, double-sided, workstation with Outlet galore. It is also big and spacious. Will definitely be coming back here to work in the future.

Great experience. Very close to premium outlets. I ordered chicken wild rice soup, chipotle chicken with nala almond, margarita flat bread, tomato soup and cesar salad. Everything was fresh and tastes delicious. I would recommend this place.

I went to the drive thru and ordered a Baja bowl with chicken. It took 10min to get my food, then when I got home, the rice in the Baja bowl was basically not cooked at all. It was hard and crunchy. Very disappointing since I drove 20min each way to get inedible food.

The grilled cheese sandwich was horrible. The cheese wasn’t even melted ! The Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich was mostly all lettuce and very little chicken !! Prices are too high for this kind of food . Not much incentive to go back !

Eggs are not fresh, it’s 10:50am breakfast or lunch. Menu read breakfast, OK. Ordered a Sausage, over easy Egg & Cheese on Brioche as was posted. The first question back was, “How do you want that?” Huh. I was told there are all kinds because there are different breads and stuff. OK, Brioche. I pay, have a seat and the guy comes over to apologize. “We are out of ‘over easy eggs, is scrambled OK?'”. Are they out of eggs? Has the egg cracker gone home for the day? I had the scrambled. It was a whipped egg or instant or whatever, cooked in a round shape. That was really sad. Was not that good. At that point I realized a Sausage Egg McMuffin would have been better. Live and learn.

I am so disappointed with this Panera location. The past few times I have visited, I have left with the incorrect order or half warm/half cold food. I tried to give this location another chance today and figured you can’t mess up a smoothie. After drinking most of the smoothie, I realized there was some sort of paper (maybe a napkin?) blended into the drink. This is disgusting!
