What an amazing experience! Bob was wonderful, so kind and truly an amazing experience! Give that man a raise!! It was our daughters birthday and she chose Panera for dinner, he gave her meal for free and was honestly the most kind service member I have come across in a long time!

Very easy to get to and the location provides great customer service. The location is also very clean and offers great WiFi access. I like the fave that there is plenty of parking, and the selection of bagels and pastries is nice. Great coffee options. Definitely a location to visit.

The last 2 times I have eaten here I was disappointed in the sandwiches I purchased. Something is always missing. I gave it another shot because I love Panera and once again, I was not satisfied. I was very disappointed. The most recent purchase was the avocado chicken sandwich and just look for yourself….

If there was an option for 0 stars I would have chosen that. I am not one to leave a negative review but this unfortunately is the third time we have had a bad experience at this same Panera. My husband even reminded me as we pulled up what a bad experience it was last time. I’m always good to give places another chance! I ordered an egg&cheese asiago bagel with cream cheese, he ordered a yogurt parfait at drive thru. There was only 1 car in front of us. Got to the window, paid, and they apologize because they messed up the order and had to remake it. No problem! It happens! Waited 8 minutes, they give us the bag, we pull away. There was garlic mayo all over the bagel. No cream cheese. Park and go in. Waited for someone to come out from the back. Tell them what happened. She apologized. Waited another 6 minutes to get my (now 3rd attempt at my order). The final straw: bagel over cooked, American cheese instead of cheddar. Couldn’t even eat half of it. After paying $15 for this order, I won’t go back. Hoping to keep someone else from wasting time and money. Do NOT go to this Panera!

Every time I come here they always get my order correct,food always tastes great and it’s always a friendly atmosphere.Whenever a girl named Wednesday is there,she always has the most beautiful smile and always does a really good job,even though I see customers be quite rude.The iced latte is really good and all the salads and soups! Highly recommend!!

Great experience. Very close to premium outlets. I ordered chicken wild rice soup, chipotle chicken with nala almond, margarita flat bread, tomato soup and cesar salad. Everything was fresh and tastes delicious. I would recommend this place.

Rough day at work and all I could think about was a bread bowl with chix noodle soup. They were out of bread bowls. So I punted and settled for grilled cheese and tomato soup. They were out of that bread, so I said sour dough was fine. I opened to find unbuttoned, non-grilled cheese at way too high of price. Lesson learned, next time they are out of bread bowls I will move on. $15 is way too much money for this level of food.
