The portions ( or lack thereof) are just ridiculous. We order a family feast for four people, and this is literally barely enough for two people. Salad bowl not full, steak sandwich has two scoops of meat, this is not enough food for four people! ALL the tables are dirty. Does anyone ever check the lobby to clean tables for a new guest? They also did not put tomatoes on my sandwich but failed to let me know they were out. I will say the cashier was very friendly and professional, and the food tasted great. But these portions are ridiculous for almost $45! This is a trend with Panera and they will continue to struggle by penny pinching and over pricing. And the nasty tables are just disgusting.

Two stars for dirty/sticky tables. I tried three tables and finally settled on the 4th, least sticky table. The food (Italian Steak & Mozzarella sandwich + Chicken Wild Rice Soup)was really good and served quickly.
I counted a staff of at least 7 workers with a very light crowd (maybe 25 guests). There is no reason the restaurant should have been in the unkempt condition presented. A table directly across from me had what appeared to be a huge wad of brown hair directly in the tables corner (see photos). Inexcusable and disgusting!

This is by far the worst Panera location I’ve ever been to. The smoothies had chunks of ice cubes in them, tasted like utter garbage. The sandwich that was supposed to be hot, was cold. Save your money and go elsewhere. I am disgusted!

not even tryna be rude, but these workers hardly even deserve minimum wage. i’ve literally worked fast food before and they are so extremely slow, and EVERY SINGLE TIME, the order is wrong. i have to check it before i leave. i have to go back everytime. THEYVE EVEN GOTTEN IT WRONG AFTER I GO BACK!! and get this, they forgot the noodles in my soup, always forget the drinks you have to ask for them, they literally suck. they are so slow. i love panera but this location absolutely sucks and has sucked everytime i’ve went and many people i’ve spoke to in the area agree. i hardly leave reviews but genuinely this panera ruins my day everytime and ive gave them chance after chance. management definitely needs to step in and teach them how to be kinder too.

The drive-thru at the Panera Bread in Buford is painfully slow. I’ve sat in line for what feels like forever, and there’s no sense of urgency from the staff. It completely defeats the purpose of a “fast” option for grabbing food on the go. If you’re in a hurry or on your lunch break, this location is not the place to stop. Definitely needs better management and quicker service. Waited in total and blocked in for almost 45 minutes. Corporate needs to come in and purge the management.

I’m a regular customer of Panera, but will never visit this location again. The floors were dirty and needed vacuuming. The tables and booths were sticky, the tiles on the booths were dirty, and there was dust/sticky food residue all over. See photos. The dirty environment matches the moldy greens.
I was also disappointed at being served my soups in to-go containers as they have a smaller portion size. I saw people come and go, and everyone had to wipe down their own sticky tables prior to eating. The water from the water fountain was scary. It was greenish colored and tasted gross, like a bitter taste. (And no, it’s not the cup reflection- again, I’m a regular customer. This looked different than usual.)
This entire place is disgustingly dirty.
If you want to enjoy your moldy greens in a dirty environment, this is the place for that.

The food I ordered vs what I received. Order the Toasted Frontega chicken and they basically gave me a thick chunk of white cheese and chicken crumbs. The basil and slices of onions are missing from my sandwich. This is not the first time this is happening, so either the cook doesn’t care or doesn’t know what goes in the sandwich.

Usually have a great experience with panera. Unfortunately, this time they seemed very busy and forgetful. Our order was ready but not available so we had to wait to ask for it.
Then, we didn’t think to check our order since the receipt on the bag had the correct items. However, after we arrived at our destination and checked our order we realized we were without several sides, we had no napkins and no cutlery.

I’m a fan of Panera but this location is in desperate need of a good professional cleaning. The tables were filthy, the seats and surrounding areas are soiled with food debris. The floors are full of trash and food crumbs. Even the windows are dirty. The restaurant is COLD- like no heat at all. We had to keep our coats on- mind you, it’s 44 degrees outside, but feels warmer outside. No, the fireplace is not on, and neither is the heat. I won’t be back to this location!
