12/18/25 update: Things can sure change in a month. Restaurant was busy, but placed order fairly quickly. Enjoyed the Ciabatta Cheesteak last time, so ordered again. What a disappointment! I’ve ordered this sandwich 5 times over the past year. The others were very good; this was a sorry excuse (See pix). I asked for double grilled onions (no peppers); there was barely a teaspoon. The meat and sauce were skimpy.
The tables were dirty and no one cleaned in the 45 minutes we were there. In fact, everything needed a good cleaning from the window sills to the floor. This did not happen in just one day. Restroom was neglected as well. I hope restaurant manager takes a hard look around and makes changes soon. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.

The staff was very nice and friendly ! My order which I paid an extra $5 for was wrong and portions were not good. Definitely a long wait time. This Panera location is not clean either.

Michael was such a Gem. I had to call the restaurant as I wasn’t able to place my order online. Not an issue, Michael took my order over the phone was such great energy. He had the same energy when I came in to pick up my order 15 minutes later.
All employees were welcoming and helpful to the customers.
I picked up food for my favorite IT colleague. Yet,I was not aware that the actual name of a his favorite cookie is “kitchen sink”. I learned something new every day.

Amazing experience!!! Great customer service, restaurant is extremely clean and the patio area is fantastic. Pick 2 which is either half sandwich, bowl soup or salad is a great value. The chicken rancher sandwich is really solid and the Cobb salad has a great flavor profile. Highly recommend this Panera

Panera is pretty consistent, as far as the food and atmosphere. But today I attempted to take advantage of a reward that was in my email, which had no expiration date. However, I was told it expired yesterday. So I would think that either the email would indicate a specific date for expiration or the restaurant would honor the reward.

Panera Bread use to be my favorite place but it’s so bad now and that makes me so sad. The staff was super nice but my breakfast soufflé was raw, the egg was not cooked and ended up throwing it away. Corporate needs to rethink their chains because I don’t see them lasting for another 5 years.

We stopped by Panera to enjoy some warm soup on this chilly day. The place felt a bit outdated, and the tables weren’t very clean. I ordered the Broccoli Cheddar, and my friend went with the Autumn Squash soup. The cashier mentioned she couldn’t toast our bread because they were backed up with orders.
We sat down and enjoyed the green tea -light, refreshing, and perfect for the weather. When my name was called, I asked the manager if she could toast our bread. At first, she said no because they were 18 orders behind, but then she graciously agreed and she had it brought to us. A true person of integrity.
The soups were incredibly tasty, and overall, the food and service made up for the outdated interior and dirty tables.
