I arrived to pick up a mobile order which they were completely unaware of. I waited for 15 minutes at a table and no one ever called my number. I went up to the counter and asked where my order was. It had been sitting in the bag for a few minutes and then she started looking for the pie. They stated they were out, then a lady shouted from the dining room that there was more in the walk in cooler. I assumed she was the manager. The cook and counter girl went to check in the back but they were too busy locking each other in the walk in and playing around.

We had but been at Burger King in a while. We’ve never been to this location. I was going to redeem my T-Mobile Tuesday offer, but it didn’t show up. I asked the cashier if the Whopper was still $3 on Wednesday, and she just said, ‘I don’t know.’ If you do NOT know, ask someone. My husband and I decided to leave. That is not good customer service at all. Keep in mind this was after 8pm, so it’s not like it was right after lunch started for the cashier not to know that Whoppers are $3 on Wednesday.

Lately seems the quality of burgers has gone up but the main issues come around service and the use of their mobile Rewards app at this location. You can’t use your reward code at the register, leaving you with the only option being to use mobile ordering as the way to use/redeem mobile offers & rewards at this location.

I order my food online and ordered a Spicy BK Royal crispy sandwich and was given a completely different order. I call the store to see what happened and the lady told me that she had personally made a “Spicy crispy chicken with cheese” I always order the same thing and I was very disappointed I kept telling her what I ordered and she kept saying she personally made it. My order was wrong.

Before I ordered, I was told by the worker at the register that I could not eat inside because they were working with DoorDash. Why would that matter doesn’t DoorDash just come and pick up the food and leave? We left and took our business elsewhere.

I wouldn’t recommend this Burger King if you are in a hurry and want fast service, and good tasting food. I came to this burger king after work, I get out at 11pm, I arrive here at 11:35pm and I soon as I pull in to the drive-thru to order, they tell me they are closed. Hours of operations states they close at 12 am, the reason I am coming to this location in the first place. Please change your closing times if you are going to be closing earlier than stated.

Just horrible from the looks u receive upon entering, to the time to them forgetting or not listening to what you want to waiting forever cause it seems like there is only 1 person working. There are other things, but I won’t say cause, then it might seem like I’m being mean. Save ur time and money go to another location.
