They are always messing up my order here but this was the most recent as I grew tired of it.
After repeating my order 3 times because apparently they weren’t at the register to enter it until half way through the 2nd time repeating it. Despite that, I still received my order wrong. I order my little one a Whopper Jr , plain and dry no cheese. I received it full of mayonnaise and veggies. I went around to let them know and they gave me a new burger. I should have checked before I left but I thought ” They messed up, they are certainly going to make sure it’s right this time.” Wrong, it had no veggie or mayo but was covered in cheese. (Adding cheese to a burger I asked for no cheese is usually the issue I have with this place.) I also wasn’t provided the BBQ sauce for the nuggets ordered, despite asking twice. Speaking of nuggets, they were more like jerky.
Oh and plan on waiting awhile just to order. They can’t seem to take an order and take cash at the same time. You will be waiting while the take turns between taking money, giving the order and them taking the orders feom the drive thru. You will be waiting 5-10 min in front of the speaker…..just to get order made wrong..twice

They told my driver driver there was no drink but my order did infact have a drink. They didn’t make the burger as asked or include condiments. Order was placed at 10:50 pm and they close at midnight so I know for sure it wasn’t a closing time issue.

Terrible experience Friday night went to go get food for my family. The rude incompetent individual taking my order through the drive-thru was being very disrespectful and extremely rude. He must not take his job serious. The individuals win a black shirt hat with a mustache overweight you should be ashamed of himself. So I decided to go to the Burger King in Edinburg. I was treated with dignity and my meal came out very delicious. Burger King needs to read these reviews cuz the level of customer service

I was very satisfied with my visit to Burger King. The burgers were fresh and delicious, and everything was very well prepared. The employees were also super friendly and helpful, always smiling. It’s a pleasure to see such an attentive and dedicated team.

Horrible and unprofessionalism. Workers working 2/7/26 evening 7pm manager, (big guy) cook, whoever, and front employee with long hair. They don’t create orders correctly, get bothered when you correct them, and they are loud, say cuss words, literally talk horrible things about customers in close proximity. Then have the nerve to have an attitude with customers when approached about issues.

Waited for about 10 mins to order then another customer came and got attended right away. The fact they skip line and the employee totally ignoring me even after the other customer order was totally b.s. so i ended up ordering from the screen instead. But the playground made up for it for the kids
