Panera Bread is a great place to get a cold beverage and a nice meal that won’t have you bloated. Get the sip club, and you can get unlimited drinks free. You get one every two hours. It is worth it. They give you 2 months free, and then it is $11.99 a month . Which is still good. I already saved 90 dollars by using it. FYI, try the orange scone it is delish.

Perhaps the filthiest and poorest managed panera i have ever been in, over 5 drink options were out of stock, butter was not available, and the cleanliness is far below any restaurant standard. Sitting in a booth, you see remains from people’s dirty hands rubbed all over the booth’s sides and trim. Poorly staffed, and the manager is back in her office rather than helping her drowning staff during lunch rush. Hire more staff and hire a quality manager.

While we ate here there was someone was wiping down tables, which is definitely an improvement. But I will say the staff has needed work for a while, I think the workers are good people who just need a little guidance in this industry. I have come here a few times in the past few years and I will say the staff has improved. Overall, the food was okay and so was the experience. I wish they had similar staff training in customer service like Chic Fil A has. Overall it seems like there are training issues.

Good food per usual but unfortunately, that was a surprise. The person we ordered from didn’t seem to know too much of what they were doing. Added a pick 2 as two full priced items, offered the $0.99 pastry but added full price, etc, etc. They were completely out of all of the teas. We have currently finished our meals and they have still not been refilled. We also ordered a rapid pick up while we were eating (seemed smarter/faster than waiting in line and trying to order correctly again). That came out almost exactly when the app said it would so that was great. We got the Green Goddess Salad (pictured), Half Bacon, Turkey, Avocado and Half Thai Chicken (pictured), a Caramel Apple Thumbprint Scone and a Macaroon. All of it was delicious.

Ordered breakfast boxes, and coffee, tea and cocoa beverage totes from the Panera’s catering service to be delivered. We were pleased with the delivery service – everything we ordered was delivered and the driver was very professional. We requested an 8:15 am delivery time, which was not met. They called before 8 to let us know they needed more prep time, and the delivery arrived closer to 9 am. Everything was still delicious.

Warm bowls have been my favorite but for the last 2 times ive ordered for myaelf and mom, my orders have been AWFUL! Quinoa was mushy, yogart dis not taste like yogart, hummas had no taste.
