It was me and my wife’s first time at Panera and everything was excellent. Though we got there near the end of the service time, we received great service and even greater food. The atmosphere was very comfy and beautifully decorated, not to mention spacious as we were one of the few eating in. Hopefully we can have another date there again soon.

I received my shredded chicken sandwich exactly as I ordered it with several changes. It was delicious. There were 10 of us and everyone got their order as requested. Everyone enjoyed their food. The phone staff was friendly and helpful. They had someone cleaning the tables so we were able to sit. The place was clean and comfortable. We had a great lunch.

Honestly I was really disappointed in my experience today, I ordered the combo with a bowl of chicken noodle soup and Mac and cheese, I enjoyed my meal, until I reached the bottom of my plate, the bowl for the soup was dirty I was able to scrape off the grime with my spoon. I was so grossed out and when it came to bringing it to the managers attention he didn’t even apologize or give and explanation he just said, “okay would you like another soup or a refund?” . After that I brought the rest of my meal up I was so disgusted. Then I order a smoothie for a colleague and they comped that, but it was very unprofessional. I will definitely be sharing this experience with anyone I know. I wish I could’ve taken a video or a picture.

One of the best home delivery meals I have had. Teriyaki Chicken bowl and Chicken Noodle Soup from Panera Bread was delicious. Highly recommend it. One issue was the incorrect soup. It was supposed to be Thai soup. Suggest you make sure you double check the order to confirm.

I ordered a chicken noodle soup with a pizza and I changed my mind about the chicken noodles soup as soon as I paid for it and the manager stated that don’t do refunds if it’s not their fault. Keep in mind food never came from the back. The manager that if it’s not their fault I couldn’t get a refund. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE ROBBERY.

The girl who took my order forgot to give me a buzzer nor did she take my name when I placed my order so my order was not showing on the screen. I told the Manger at least twice about the aforementioned and the Manager kept making excuses instead of taking my receipt and making my food. Customers including myself were waiting 45-60 minutes for their.order. Staff had orders mixed up. Customers were becoming frustrated and several custoners including myself asked for a refund after 1 hour of waiting for a simple turkey sandwich. There’s a need for training in that store. Not a good experience at all.

On August 8th, after leaving my dentist office, I stopped by Panera and ordered a cup of chicken soup. I paid almost $7 for the soup. When I arrived home I warmed it up and began to eat it, the soup had around three noodles and about the same amount of chicken in it, which was so salty I poured it out. Please stop serving this soup because I would not feed it to a dog.

Some of the employees shouldn’t deal directly with customers. I told a guy my name three times, and he repeated it back three different times – WRONG. My name is common, how do you get “Franklin” and “Micheal” from “Chris.” The manager was standing nearby and heard. He walked over, reached for my order, and handed it to me.

I often come to panera bread and there hasn’t been one time where the cashier took the order correctly , regardless the shift . And always the manager kindly correct it . And there was one time i requested baguette the cashier said its sold out and refused to check if there is any in the back . I walked back to the manager and they said yes we do have it !!!
