The service was great! Good was good as always. The manager, Chance, was very young and I was impressed at how organized everything was and with the way he communicated so clearly with his staff. He offered to help them and was kind and respectful. Made my day!

Although the food was good. There was a lady who was extremely rude when trying to pick up my order. First the food was not located in the rapid pick up area (which was fine), but then she asked for my name and said there wasn’t an order in the system. I showed confirmation on my phone about the order and then she proceeds to say with an attitude “Well you didn’t say that name” because I originally said the first name to the order. She then scoffed and rolled her eyes at me. Terrible customer service from this employee. All other crew members/employees were nice and attentive. She needs to learn how to have better customer service and be nicer to the customers.

Happy to have the best service today!!! I came in for the seasonal Autumn Squash, but left with so much more!!! The Panera Lunch Team showed their stuff today. Service was Smooth and Speedy, happiness behind the counter. So nice to see team working so well together. Quiet and respectful. Haylee kindly helped apparently a new team member, Chance, sticker the to go bag correctly and he took it with a smile!!! What a great group you have!

Cool laid back Panera. Usually not too noisy or a whole lot of traffic in and out. Staff is cool. Booths and table do be a little dirty though. Could use some extra attention to keeping sitting areas clean after use.

Wanted pick 2 wanted a buffalo chicken baguette. 1st off the cashier wouldn’t let me do a half size sandwich and then the French onion soup didn’t have the cheese and I got 5 measly tiny croutons for it. I also asked for NO cheese on my sandwich and it had cheese and barely any chicken and like 3 strings of onion and a pathetic amount of buffalo sauce.

I went there feeling good yesterday, but the woman receiving orders from that place was so unfriendly that I felt completely ruined. It was too bland. I can’t ask about their name, but as i know she is manager. Very uncomfortable visit.

Although Panera is usually a hair more expensive than other establishments offering the same soups and sandwiches, it’s conveniently located in Eagle drive in the Kroger shopping center. Parking isn’t bad, the food was quick to come out. My soup wasn’t as hot as I would’ve liked but the service was prompt and friendly. I deducted points for the fact the nearby booths hadn’t been picked up after guest departure and the trash area was jam packed and dirty. This was an eye sore and they weren’t that busy so it could’ve been addressed. Perhaps they were understaffed but overall good quality food, always friendly and fast service. I had an avo chicken chipotle sandwich with wild rice soup and my daughter had a broccoli cheddar soup. Both items were delicious and filling.
