I really want to like this location more. The food is generally good with a reproducible taste and presentation compared to other locations. The service can be a little hit and miss with a lack of professionalism. I understand that with COVID, it’s been hard to retain staff. The worst part is the lack of tidiness and cleanliness at this location. I know they can do better.. there have been times when I go in and it looks good and tidy. I’ll give them another try soon. Hopefully it gets better.

First of all the food was spot on. The value of my Green goddess salad is excellent considering the quality and quantity of vegetables and proteins. Fresh avocado and egg balanced out a chef quality entree. I was particularly delighted by the winter greens.

Dreary experience. Ice maker broken/inadequate for more than 3 months. When I notified staff they were out of ice, they were rude. Interior of the restaurant needs a good cleaning. Food was normal.

Saw the commercial for the new pepperoni baguette melt. Haven’t been to Panerai in years and it looked good. Went here and they didn’t have it. Will probably be years before I try again. How are you out of a promotional item?

I order here often and normally if they are out of a certain item – they will prevent you from ordering it in the app. I placed my order and drove over only to find out my entire order couldn’t be fulfilled. No ice in the drink machine either. Employees were acting boisterous while I was in there and it just appeared unprofessional.

I just placed a DoorDash order. Two bagels cut in half and toasted. That’s IT. I Checked the mark for utensils. Bagel came not toasted, with no utensils. And the wrong cream cheese. I got this ordered to my job. I don’t have a toaster or utensils here. They even marked on the receipt that they checked to make sure utensils were in the bag. Waste of $15 on the easiest order ever.

Ordered a Tuna Salad Sandwich and fruit cup. The sandwich mainly consisted of thick bread and very little tuna. The fruit cup had visible mold and I obviously had to toss it in the trash. Would never eat here again.

The service is alright. The lady that took our order was not very friendly. We enjoyed our broccoli Mac and cheese, the cinnamon crunch bagel, and the bear claw but I have to say that this was the worst caeser salad I ever had and I’ve had a caeser almost everywhere. I also did not care for the blueberry scone.
