It’s a bit different and perhaps challenging to understand their a-la-cart type menu, but take the time and definitely give this place a try. The burgers are outstanding and the quality and portions are worth the price. If you have never been, find one and enjoy the experience.

This place is generally good but when two times in a row now I have tried to go there close to their closing time (9:40pm), they have already locked the doors. This is perfectly fine, but seriously, change the official store closing time to reflect this, so that people don’t just waste their time.

I love Five Guys, however the quality has gone down. $13 alone for a burger is a lot. I asked for extra pickles and this is what I received. Ketchup just barely slapped on and cheese not even melted. Looks like a burger from McDonald’s.

I am never ordering from here again. My burger had hair incorporated into the patty, my kosher dog was missing the toppings I requested, and my wife’s veggie burger tasted like chicken. This facility needs to up its staff’s training on food handling and quality.

I had a great experience at Five Guys! The burgers were juicy and cooked to perfection, and the fries were crispy and flavorful. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the casual atmosphere made for a relaxed dining experience. Plus, the generous portion sizes were definitely a bonus. I’ll be back for sure!

This is a hit or miss spot. If you order takeout, 9/10 times it’ll be wrong. When you order on person to-go, you usually receive much better service. However, you need to know where you are. The oldest crew member or cook may be in their late teens to early 20’s and the majority could care less about their $15-$16 hourly wage and it shows in the way they speak and yell at one another. This is a notch above McDonald’s as the food is significantly better tasting, and the shakes are awesome, but it takes a while for orders to be processed timely.
