Rapid pick up for the charged up zip drinks. Employees are confused with the drinks. Let us do ourselves. That’s better that way. In Chicago, we do it ourselves. Just grab the cup and fill it, then go. In here. Man! It took me 10 mins! Before I get my drink. I’m not happy, but it’s my third time here yesterday.

Panera bread is fantastic as always! I got to test the bread bowl of chicken tikka masala soup today! I really enjoyed the soup, but it could have used more spice. My companion enjoyed her Cream of chicken and wild rice soup. We adored our desserts: I had the classic candy cookie, forever my go-to! My friend ordered the blueberry scone and recommends pairing it with a milk tea. We adored the overall level of customer care and look forward to returning soon!

The food was subpar but my main issues were the cleanliness, food/drink availability, and order. 1. The place was not very clean. The kitchen floor was dirty, some tables had not been cleaned at all, and the drink machine area had paper from straws, other things on and near it plus the floor was stuck dirty with a wet floor sign. 2.There was no more sugar cane syrup for the ice tea and they were out of 3 of 6 drinks in the carbonated drink machine. They were also out of all bread except the tomato basil bread and brioche. 3. I ordered a sandwich and they took forever, didn’t call my names so I went up there, and put my sandwich on the wrong bread. I sat outside to eat because I didn’t want to even be in there anymore. This is my first and last time coming to this location. Hopefully other people have a better experience.

Recommend pick 2 soup ( wild rice & broccoli cheddar) and flatbread pizza. Pizza enough to share with someone. Great flavor! Bag of chips not so great. Tasted oil and very tough to eat.

Their menu prices have slowly been going up over the course of a year and their serving sizes are going down… not sure where the logic is in that. At least everything tastes good, but not sure I can justify it anymore.
