Really nice girl I dealt with that took my order and handed it to me. Blueberry bagels w walnut cream cheese and the vanilla Madagascar iced coffee is where it’s at!
Update: 2nd time I went through I got a muffin instead of bagel. :-/ Had to go back through even though I know the girl repeated to me butter back wasn’t in the bag. They might as well start making robots do fast food jobs at this point.

Was in today and the soup ansd sandwiches tasted old. Both had the French dip and broccoli and cheese and the meat tasted weird and had a weird texture ans the soup didnt taste fresh. The atmosphere feels like a hospital café just saying. Won’t be back

Compete false advertising. Mobile order menu says they have something and when you drive 30 minutes to pick it up they tell you they don’t have it. When asking the staff where the disconnect is, they simply say “it’s not there problem”. On top of it, I asked for a refund on the order and the staff says the can’t complete a refund because it was placed on the Panera app. You’re welcome for the free $42. Definitely won’t be back

Ordered the broccoli cheddar soup and a four-cheese egg souffle…chicken avocado melt and modern Greek salad with quinoa. All was fresh, delicious, and well-portioned. We also drank green smoothie and superfruit smoothie; both were sweet, tasty, and refreshing! Outstanding customer service and a quiet, chill environment.

Do not eat here ever. Ordered rapid pick up and selected fruit cup as a side. Got home and it was half full and had bite marks in the fruit. Was issued a refund and for some reason the cream brulee bites were wet. Never again.

Love me some Panera Bread . The food is always fresh and amazing. The iced sugar cookies are my all time favorite . All the ones I have been to are always clean . I will say they are very pricey. I had cobb salad , french onion soup , tea , and 2 sugar cookies and I spent $17 and thats no tip included.

This Panera was inviting as soon as you walk in. It smelled clean and the temperature was comfortable. The next thing you notice is how the pastries were displayed! It made you want to stop and choose one. When the food came out you could see the steam from the soup and you knew that it was the perfect temperature on a cold day. Very pleasant experience all around!!
