I’ve been craving a good apple fritter forever. Went into NC jelly donuts looking for a cinnamon roll but they were out but then I saw that they had apple fritters. These apple fritters were absolutely delicious. Nice pieces Apple crunchy on the outside. Soft on the inside. My husband who does not a. Donut or pastry person really enjoyed the apple fritter. Service was great. People were super helpful. They even have donuts so you can pick what filling to put in. Definitely worth the stop.

You don’t understand. These donuts are not just the best in the area. They may be the best on Earth. I drive OVER AN HOUR to get these donuts. That’s 2 hours and 22 mins to get DONUTS. We got them still warm yesterday and they were like eating pillows of sweet heaven. I’m actually glad these are so far away because I’d weigh 1000lbs if they were down the street.
The only downside: The location is TIGHT.
If you’re going during traffic expect challenges both in gaining access to the parking lot and also parking. This is rent cost optimization. If you want a nicer location then pay them double what they ask and it’s still worth it because YOU WON’T FIND BETTER DONUTS. FREAKIN GENIUSES crafted this dough recipe.
But wait!!! There’s more!! You can get any of their jellies fresh filled. Raspberry, Lemon, Strawberry, Custard, so many I still haven’t tried yet. They’ve all been great. You can even get unfrosted plain yeast donuts. I tried that for the first time yesterday with custard. The donut was warm, lightly crispy on the outside, airy fluffy and super tender, and then the custard was cool and creamy. OMG I’m dreaming of freaking DONUTS man!!!

Today my other favorite place was closed for a month forcing me to go somewhere else for my donut fix. It worked out as this place was amazing. The service was fast friendly and even gave me some extras! Prices were good considering what I bought. I’m glad to recommend this place and it will likely be my new #1 stop for donuts. Serious donuts!

Excellent service and quality. Best Donuts in the area. Authentic old-fashioned glazed doughnut. They fill any donut to order, Several flavors are offered to add to their huge doughnuts. Rated as one of the top 5 donut shops in North Carolina. Go early for best selection. Once they run out, the shop will close.

Those that knows me know I am picky about coffee, pizzas and DOUGHNUTS! But Jelly Donuts!! Those doughnuts…oh gosh… those are % thumbs up! Although they fact that store itself needs some upgrade and love, does not stops service and those girls working there to be excellent, kind and just so beautiful human beings always ready to serve and do their best with a smile on their faces. And let me say a word or two on price – great price!

5 ⭐️’s For the customer service and the donuts!! We traveled to get some of these and it was definitely worth the drive! I HIGHLY recommend these donuts!! Light and airy just like yeast donuts are supposed to be!! Try it for yourself! Best I’ve had so far in NC!

5 stars is not enough for this Mom & Pop donut shop. My daughter and I have been going here for 3+ years for our weekly/monthly “Daddy Daughter Donut Day (DDDD)” date day out together and if I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. My daughter and I have traveled all over NC together trying different donuts for our DDDD, and by far, this is the best place to get donuts. Not only are they a good deal price wise, they are huge. The service is very friendly and the family who runs this shop is extremely personable. Going to a national donut chain has become a let down just because of NC Jelly Donuts. Can’t recommend them enough.
