I left there after having a bad experience. Just went back today and the put the soup in the bag side ways and it spilled all over the floor when I removed it from the bag. Also, I ordered extra sauce on my sandwich and it has so much sauce that I can even eat the bread. They need new management.

If you have never walked in this place and have only gone in the drive thru, I urge you to go inside. This place is disgusting. I have truly never been to a Panera this dirty before. Your feet stick to the ground when you walk. The drink station smells like mildew (honestly the whole place smells like that)and dampness and everything that the cups, tops, and straws are in, are sticky. I tried to eat my food and felt sick just thinking about the place and I have no idea how anyone eats in there. If the front end for the public looks like that just think what the kitchen is like. Just gross. Management or corporate need to step in ASAP.

Walked around 9:30 am, it was pretty empty, ordered a bagel and hubby got an egg and sausage sandwich. Got our food at 10:10am. Had the sandwich ready about 9:45 but no bagel, asked for our food gave me the cold sandwich which I gave back and said no too cold. Watched them toast my bagel and sat there for 20 minutes will they made a new sandwich. Will never go back to this location. Very bad management!

I’ve given this Panera multiple chances and each time they disappoint. They try to give you half of your drink and fill the rest of the cup up with foam. The bagel was so crunchy it was hard to eat. I put in a catering order once and they didn’t start making it until I got there. This place is a joke lol

I love Panera and have been at this location before and didn’t have any complaints but today I ordered online to pick up at the drive through window and legit waited in line for 40 min. I went during lunch time I guess (1pm) but sheesh. It would have been faster to just order inside. My advice, don’t order or go through the drive through pick up. Unless you have patience and time. The workers however were very nice

I absolutely never leave a review but this location needs new management. It’s disappointing to be accused of lying and basically told I don’t care if you had a bad experience here or not by the staff. My order was wrong instead of correcting it the manager came and started basically interrogating me and saying they’ll just refund me. It doesn’t matter if I mis spoke on my order or the cashier simply put it in wrong if the order is wrong it’s wrong just remake it. The customer is always right. Not one person looks like they enjoy working there. And if you go in and sit long enough waiting on your order you’ll hear them arguing in the back lol. Entertaining yes but sometimes I’m not in the mood and I just want my food. Do better.
