I really wanted a cinnamon roll this morning. My husband went to purchase one for me
at Panera, Austell, GA. He said all of the cinnamon rolls look like this. I can honestly say I have never had a cinnamon roll from Panera look like this. Also, I don’t understand how the cinnamon rolls made it to the counter for purchase. The cinnamon roll was a disappointment. The picture shows all, and it doesn’t lie.

Melissa, Chad, and Andrew truly went above and beyond! Not only was my pickup order ready early and hot, but they also greeted me with warm smiles. When I accidentally dropped my salad in the car, I was mortified – but Andrew’s kindness and understanding immediately put me at ease. He walked me to the prep area, explained the situation to Melissa, and she promptly had Chad remake my salad on the house! Their exceptional customer service, despite it being my mistake, was impressive and left a lasting impression. The dining room was also spotless. I’ll definitely be back – thanks for making my evening, Melissa, Chad, and Andrew!

Horrible experience. I normally enjoy Panera as a place to relax and charge while traveling. But for some reason these people like to kick out paying customers just because they’re traveling and have a bag. We bought our food and relaxed, not bothering anyone, when they called the cops. Don’t come here if you’re on a travel layover. Horrible people.

DO NOT ORDER IN THE DRIVE THRU! I Love Panera but their drive thru and mobile app needs help. Ordering through the drive thru is ALWAYS a long wait! You will be waiting at least 20 minutes. I have ordered multiple times at the drive thru and at different hours and it’s always a very long wait. Over 45 minutes for a bowl of soup is ridiculous! Their drive thru system needs help. Very disappointing. Ordering through the app is the same. I place orders online and receive alerts that my order is ready to pick up and when I do my order is almost never ready! And this is becoming very frustrating.
This is my favorite place to have a bite and enjoy a calm, relaxing environment but there are many flaws with their customer service. They have many delicious vegetarian options. Their baked goods are always so warm and fresh. Panera is my favorite healthy fast food place, but I don’t come here as often anymore due to long wait times.

I pulled up to this location super hungry, hoping to enjoy the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich I had from another Panera in Georgia last week, which I truly enjoyed. Unfortunately, todays experience was terrible.

First, there was an extremely long wait time in the drive-through—at least 10 minutes (7 to order, then 3-4 more at the pick-up window) with no one ahead of me. When I finally received my sandwich, it looked like it had been put together by a 3-year-old—it was torn apart and messy, almost like someone had taken a bite out of it. I decided to go inside to ask for a refund.

The manager, Jacob, insisted that the sandwich “comes like that” (looking torn apart), and when I asked for a refund, and handed him the bag he pointed to the trash can behind me and said “oh we can’t take that back”. He then grabbed the bag with an attitude and tossed it into the trash behind him.

To make matters worse, the inside of the restaurant looked disgusting. I’ve never seen a Panera this run-down and unappealing. Honestly, I thank God this experience happened because I would not have eaten there, given how unsanitary it appeared. I wouldn’t eat at this location even if someone paid me. It was gross. Don’t be fooled by the exterior, go check it out for yourself.

Customer service was horrible!! They were rude and didn’t care how long I waited. Upon entering the store, no one ever greeted me or anything. After using the kiosk and no interaction with a person. Placed my order went to the pick up area where again no one greeted me they just through my order on the counter. I had two orders and was picking up for another order. Had to ask for bags with handle since my order was large. Girl did not know how to tell which bag was which when I gave her the order number I had to show her which one was which with the order number. Just in general, horrible customer service

This place has become too expensive with $7 for a very small sandwich and $12 for a full sandwich. Bread was average in taste and the fillings were a let down. The fiery chicken I had tasted like the fire had fizzled out last year. Sorry, but this place is a let down work much better places available in the same business.

I ordered the pick 2, creamy tomato soup and half chipotle chicken avocado melt. The food was hot and fresh. My first time trying tomato soup and it didn’t disappoint. The sandwich was flavorful and fresh. My only complaint I should’ve ordered a whole sandwich and not half. Can’t wait to go back again.

Enjoyed the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt so much the first time I got a whole sandwich on my next order and was highly disappointed. The sandwich was really soggy I was only able to eat the top part of the bread and it wasn’t enjoyable I was expecting better for a 12.00 sandwich.
