We were there a week ago and it was such a disgusting experience. When my husband and I arrived I needed to use the restroom and it was filthy the sink looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and the toilets were extremely nasty. The tables were covered in leftover food and the trash area was overflowing with dirty plates. I told someone behind the counter that there were these issues and she responded by telling me should we let someone know. Well the person who took order left out part of the order and so I went proceeded to reorder it. I noticed there was a staff member sitting on the floor behind the counters. This wasn’t during a rush this was at 3pm and the place was almost empty.

I think the first red flag should have been the fact that there was nobody was there besides 2 other people at what should be considered the lunchtime and this location was next to the hospital. I was also not greeted upon entering the restaurant and the overall dining room was messy and the vacuum was left in the middle of the floor. The salad that I ordered was poorly prepared and it was just old I’m general. The pepperchini peppers were browning, the lettuce was wilted, the pineapples were old. It was just subpar and not at the Panera brand standard. No wonder it was empty. This is barely a panera…. don’t eat here.

This Panera was quick, clean, and the employees were great. My only complaint was my chai tasted like straight up syrup and I really couldn’t drink it. Okay and my cream cheese was open so that sucks.

It was super quiet on Sunday evening. Nobody at the register, just a sign that said please use kiosk – which I planned on doing anyway. Food came out quickly and was great. They followed all the special requests and got everything correct. I enjoyed my visit.

My boyfriend and I stopped in here. The food was okay. Not a lot of food for what you pay for. We paid $30 for two sandwiches . He got the steak and cheese and I got the Tuna Sandwich. Mine was pretty good but not a lot of tuna on it not gonna lie. Could’ve used more tuna. Their menu is also hard to read too. It doesn’t really explain what all they have.

But you realize you just wasted your money on tiny portions of mediocre mac and cheese and salad with missing croutons and soggy/old lettuce. I will never purchase from this location again, as it isn’t the first time I am absolutely disappointed in the quality of their food. Listen I usually love Panera, but this one just seems subpar to other locations I’ve been to. They can’t seem to hire staff that is decent. My favorite thing on the menu is macaroni and cheese, and when I get some today it was congealed and tasted bad. I didn’t bother asking for it to be remade because I heard them complaining about me ordering a large macaroni and getting my food for dine-in instead of to-go. I wish the good paneras were closer so I could go there instead because this one is just not good.
