Polite lady at the window. Ordered two soups. Bread was not included per menu. They also left out the chips for the sandwich.
Chicken and “wild rice” had bloated white rice. Bread bowl was smashed and cut so sloppy it wasn’t finished and made one side too low for the soup.

This PB is the worse 1 I have been too. Cherryville PB, was great, Pelham Rd. location was slow and confusing because of staff, the one in Greer( which I will not go back too was terrible, dirty bathrooms and dining room floor, food subpar and service ok. No sweet tea available except at food pick-up.

The strawberry chicken salad I selected was a true winner. The fruits in the salad were incredibly fresh and had a delightful crunch. Moreover, the bread on the side was cooked perfectly. It made for a truly rejuvenating lunch.
However, my mom wasn’t very impressed with her salad. She ordered the Mediterranean salad and thought there were too many cucumbers. She even had to remove them because they were overpowering the other flavors.

This will be my last visit here. The only thing I could cling on to was the cinnamon crunch bagel. It was doughy and undercooked. As the years have gone on the quality of the other food items are skimpy and subpar. Not worth the price they charge. The water from fountain tastes filthy. In addition they put out bagels like this- with no regard to presentation.

We can’t say anything but positive things about this Panera. We come in at least once a week for the past 7-10 years and have never had a bad experience. The manager Josh does a fantastic job and ALWAYS makes sure we are taken care!

The harvest salad was really good! We always get a caprese and they are smaller here then our Panera in Oregon but still delicious.
