I recently paid a visit to Pandora Bread and was awestruck by everything about this place, from the welcoming atmosphere to the mouth-watering aroma of freshly baked bread, the experience was surreal.

Picked up food to go out for a picnic for our little guy’s 1st birthday. Food does taste good but salads were extremely small with almost no dressing given because they forgot to add the extra we asked for in the store. Got a cup of soup and a cup of fruit for the little one. Not only did that cost ~$8 by itself but the soup literally had 4 noodles in it. TL;DR food tastes good but portion sizes are ridiculous and it is incredibly expensive.

The coffee contains lots of coffee grounds. They were out of clean mugs. This morning, the coffee was so acidic, I had heartburn. Nice atmosphere, very polite staff. They may need better training.

Girl at the register was very friendly and so was the girl cleaning the tables, I think her name was Hannah. Hannah, thank you for being so nice and working so hard Girl who was wearing 6 braids and dyed grey hair at the counter window was not at all friendly. I was ignored by her, my sandwich was missing meat and the top part of the bread. The spoon they gave me was kind of gross so we asked for a plastic one. The soup was pretty good though.

Sad lunch. I’m not sure what is happening at this location but they are having a hard time. This is not a $10+ Baja bowl, I’ve ordered it many times. I asked the manager if that was the right size hoping he would offer to have it remade and he offered me more rice.

so def not the best experience. my sandwich was wrong and they acted like they were annoyed with me that i asked if they could remake it, like it was my fault they did it wrong. i mean, it happens, were all human, and i wasnt mean about it or anything. them snickering didnt make any of it better, as a customer. i wanted to leave, but was hungry. maybe they just wanted to go home and so they were cranky, who knows. but anyways.. ill just stick to other locations. normally, i love panera, just not this location, thats all.

I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich on a baguette, sadly unless you specify they don’t cut it. hard to eat a 12 inch long sandwich that’s not cut. Tasted good, wish they used more chicken. Would order it again.

Dining room was filthy! 4 employees standing in the back like they were at a party. I addressed a employee about the condition of the store and a girl came out, grabbed a wipe, wiped the garbage area and then proceeded to wipe every table with the same wipe. Dead flys in the windows and the floors hadn’t been swept all day. My soup was cold and my sandwich had about 1/2 the meat and toppings it was suppose to have. This store is declining at a rapid pace. New management should be considered.I also have a video of the dining area but wasn’t allowed to add to this review.
