employees are insanely rude. first window employee snatched my card out of my hand and slammed the window then practically threw my card back at me. didn’t say a single word, not even a smile. second window employee just about tossed my food out of the window, still no words and no smile. i understand having a bad day in the drive thru but this was so unacceptable. asked for sauce and recieved absolutely none. ordered two burgers and they were a greasy mess which shouldn’t have even been put in a bag to go to a customer. it’s always dirty in there as is but it still doesn’t make up for their poor attitude and lack of enthusiasm.

Went to this McDonald’s and ordered a big Mac meal medium and a crispy chicken sandwich. Sat for over 30 minutes. Woman brought out the wrong order and we necer saw another person again. Literall6had to go inside to find out what happened to our meal. The staff was clueless and this is what I waited so long to receive. Where are all of the lettuce and tomatoes? This sandwich was literally thrown on the bun in an attemp to get rid of us. I will drive to Utica before I go back to this place again. The owner of this franchise need to clean house. Very incompetent managers and staff

Absolutely disgusting place bugs all over us as we’re trying to eat. There was NO toilet paper in the womens bathroom. The seating area hadn’t been cleaned probably… ever…. none of the sodas worked they had no chocolate shakes, on top of all that we had to wait forever any time we needed anything (like a drink for our meal because the sodas weren’t working)

I’ve only been to McDonalds like 5 times in the past two years. Four of them completely unacceptable experiences. All of them different locations. Today’s experience was order a double cheeseburger and small fries at the drivethrough. I waited 15 minutes, didn’t have fries in the bag. Walked inside, this time I didn’t ask for the order to be completed, I asked for a refund. Cmon McDonald’s, I order something fast food every week, and no way you are getting any of this unless you figure out these issues. I recommend everyone take the time to get a refund when you don’t get the order you placed. The staff was very courteous and the manager was very respectful, accommodating and helpful.

Service was super slow. My fries and sandwich were barely warm. And my Hot honey crispy had the smallest piece of chicken breast that was placed in the middle of the buns with a ton of lettuce to fluff the sandwich

I ordered my foods at 640 and it came out at 715. I was in drive thru. I ordered no pickle on my sandwiches and there were pickles on them. The burgers tasted like they were sitting for a while. I ordered 2 med fries and I only received 1 of them so I had to go inside and get the 2nd one. The second order of fries were soaked in grease and under cooked. I will NOT be going to that one again.

Jan 12th around 2pm, we went through the drive-thru and ordered a couple burgers, fries, and a coke. The next day I was destroyed with what I believe was food poisoning. It is Jan 14th now and I’m just beginning to feel like myself. Is cleanliness and proper precautions being implemented here? I won’t be able to eat here again anytime soon.

Every time I come here there’s only one person taking orders, but there’s two lines. What’s the point of having two lines if it’s only gonna be one person taking the order you might as well only have one line. It always takes forever because there’s such a long pauses in between meals. But this morning, I got a Steak, egg and cheese meal. They never gave me my hash brown and then after I paid for my meal and got my sandwich, they told me to pull up to The third window For my orange juice. I pulled up and waited 20 minutes and still nobody came with my orange juice and I had to get to work so I paid for something I didn’t even get to have. Waiting 20 minutes for an orange juice is ridiculous and then not giving me all the food I paid for to begin with.

You order and they tell you to pull up to the first window. You pay at the 1st window then they tell you pull up to the 2nd window. 4/5 times the 2nd window makes you pull over to a parking spot ro the right and wait 2 – 3 business days for a value meal Double Cheeseburger. Why?? There is nothing Fast about this Fast food.

Literally the worst McDonald’s in existence. Went there on lunch break and waited 20 mins (almost my whole 30 min lunch break) for a 2 cheeseburger meal and 2 hamburgers. They got my WHOLE order wrong too! Asked for no pickles, both cheeseburgers had pickles. Oh, and the hamburgers were replaced with PLAIN MCCHICKENS! If you have the option, do NOT go to this McDonald’s. They are slow and incompetent.
