I frequently eat at this Panera in Easley and the food is always good. Today, I ordered for a delivery to my house. The order was never delivered through door dash, so I called the restaurant and spoke with Chris. He was extremely helpful and offered to call door dash and remake the order. 45 minutes later I still didn’t have the order, so I called the restaurant again and Chris was already on top of the situation talking to door dash again to find out why no one had been sent to pick the order up yet. So I decided I would just go pick up the order myself. When I got there, Chris had re made my order for the SECOND time so it would be fresh!!!! It was unfortunate that the delivery didn’t go well, but the restaurant and Chris specifically, handled the situation so well!!! He has PHENOMENAL customer service skills and I really appreciated that, he is an awesome employee and they are very lucky to have him! Thank you!

My husband and I went to lunch on Sept. 3, 2025. We have not had lunch at Panera for a very long time but loved it when we did go. We ordered two whole sandwiches, one being the advertised steak sandwich on focaccia bread. Two cups of soup and two drinks. It came to $43.00! The sandwiches were pitiful! The steak sandwich had a few pieces of steak on it and the chicken bacon sandwich was just as bad; we thought the steak sandwich was a veggie sandwich. We do not mind paying for a good meal, but the whole meal was pitiful. PANERA – do better! Won’t be back, ever.

This Panera has greatly improved under the new management. Breakfast was very good and the coffee as well. The whole menu has changed with more offerings for a good price. Will be back soon!

As a member of the coffee club, I can pop into any Panera and get a “free” coffee…hot or cold, at no charge outside of the monthly fee. It’s a heckuva deal and so easy to order at the iPad stations. This location in Easley is very easy to access, and has ample seating inside and outside.

Took 30 minutes of waiting to get our “Rapid takeout” order, while everyone who ordered in the restaurant received their food. Their excuse was they were short staffed. On top of that the portions were absolutely tiny for an almost $30 meal (2 people). Just look at the dressing given for our salad.

It’s been nearly 6 months since visiting this location. I was VERY disappointed with every part of my visit! Seeing as the kitchen area is partially open to view employees in the back while you wait for your food, all I could see was the team lead walking around on his phone then handling food items. Other employees playing with their phones/hair/stocking stickers on each other then HANDLING my food items. In my 15 years of food service, no sir no mam! This generation of workers is very disappointing not to mention, the lack of care they put into our $32.00 meal. Heather was the only kind face who took the time to remake my smoothie, filled with chunks of ice for $7.00 and my half cooked sandwich that’s cold and my poorly heated soup. Is this how we operate? Please, please do not continue in this direction! Panera is one of the few restaurants I enjoy coming too.

Are you short on chicken? If you pay over 10 dollars for a salad that has chicken can you not put chicken on it? Asked for extra croutons so, I guess I get none. Shame on you!
