I was really looking forward to my tuna sandwich today, but I was highly disappointed when I got home and opened up my sandwich to find about a tablespoon worth of tuna on the bread. To make matters worse, I specifically asked for no tomato and there were two slices on my sandwich (I double-checked my receipt to make sure that it wasn’t my mistake). Fortunately it is a personal preference and not an allergy so I just took them off but that could be dangerous for someone else. Once I showed my husband my sandwich, he opened his up and also had very little tuna on his. This was a pick up order that he brought home, which makes me wonder if they try to skimp on the tuna because they know people aren’t going to see it until they are gone.

I don’t go to the Panera often but almost each time they have messed up my order. Today I ordered a Turkey Avo BLT and when I got down the road discovered that it wasn’t even close. They gave me a chicken salad sandwich. Disappointed for sure. I know things happen but I encourage you to pay more attention to the ordered being handed out Panera.

Generally Panera is good, but sometimes they’re horrible. I’ve had to wait hours on several occasions just for curbside pickup. They’re also way overpriced and my rewards for them expired before I could use them. The last time I went my grilled cheese was burnt. For how much the food is, it should at the very least not be burnt. The food is normally good despite the price.

Went today (4/26) around 3/4ish. For starters, almost out of every bread product. Then both drink stations were disgusting. There was no tea, no lemonade, what was of the lemonade was all over the counter so it was incredibly sticky. There also wasn’t any creamer available for my husbands “iced coffee”. My spoon had old food on it, so I just opted for a plastic one to play safe. There were visible dirty dishes everywhere in the kitchen, and employee drinks just setting out wherever they chose. Will not return to this location. I’ll drive to Cherrydale first before I do.

I went today for lunch with friends. We got there a little early. Our soup was delicious, hot coffee and a half sandwich. We were served right away, friendly staff, great desserts. I saw several people working on a laptop. Handicap accessible and parking.
