Went to this location today for the first time and ordered caramel latte and I feel absolutely sick. As if something wasn’t clean or maybe spoil. Hopefully i don’t need to see a doctor. On top of that they were rude and I was the only one at the drive thru and he was rushing me.

To start Customer service was terrible. I couldn’t understand the person over the drive thru speaker. When i got to the window he just reached out his hand for my card, swiped it and handed back. He then gave me the donuts no words were exchanged no receipt given. The donuts were hard, dry and seemed at least several days old. I will never go back the that location.

When did DD start charging $1.64 for a pup cup? I have been frequenting this location for almost 4 years. The coffee is usually decent, and they are typically friendly. In the four years I’ve been going to this DD, I have never been charged for a pup cup… Until this morning. I know it’s a small thing, but small things matter when it comes to customer service.

Pumpkin spice coffee was good but was only lukewarm and should have been skinny but wasn’t. The bacon croissant had very little bacon and it was all clumped together on part of the croissant. It was like biting into a lot of cheese and egg croissant with no bacon. I wouldn’t buy this again. The gentleman taking my order was nice enough.

I went this morning with my mom, and I suppose we caught the drive through worker on a bad day because the moment we pulled up he was rude. When my mother turned to ask me what I wanted he screamed “Anything else?” Through the drive through mic. Then snapped at my mom when we pulled up to the window. Our drinks were okay and food was good however I personally will not be back here based on the behavior alone.

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts. Everytime I think I caught them on a bad day and decide to give them another chance they continue to under deliver. Employees sitting down on their phones, no acknowledgment when walking through the door, terrible drinks, flies flying around the trash cans. I would rate .5 stars if possible. My iced macchiato was basically just a teaspoon of espresso and an entire cup full of milk. Immediately threw it away

Either the AC has been broken for over a year or the owner is just cheap and doesn’t turn it on. Unacceptable to be hotter inside than it is outside.
Food was ok because it’s literally frozen and they just warm it up. Employees don’t greet. Looks shut down because they don’t turn their signs on. Very run down.

SHAME ON YOU!! First you told us no we couldn’t pay for pup cups then accepted and charged us $5 for 3 tiny pup cups!! All the Dunkins is either FREE or only $1.00 .

I got the large chai with light ice, plain bagel bites, and avocado toast with tomatoes. Everything was so good, wasn’t a long wait and the staff are super friendly. I absolutely adore the lady with the purple hair
