Excellent experience! I arrived early on a Wednesday morning, and Veronica unlocked the door right at 6am. I appreciated that the restaurant was clean, and she was ready to go. I ordered two bakers’ dozen bagels, and she was prompt and helpful. The bagels and service were great, and I highly recommend!

If you don’t have the reasoning or math skills to understand the following: you owe me $0.19 and I hand you 1 extra penny, now you give me two dimes… you ABSOLUTELY shouldn’t be a cashier ANYWHERE AT ALL…. otherwise, smoothie was good, restaurant was mostly clean.

Had note on one of the registers tu use kiosk to place your order however my daughter had a certificate from her school for a free meal which required a person. Finally placed order with someone but the wait for our food was extremely long. There were several people waiting in this narrow walkway. We all were allblooking at the screen to see the status of our order. An hour later our order was ready! It was my first time eating at Panera but after this experience; it will be my LAST!

I frequent Panera, always same order. Young man working kitchen on Tuesday evening, nailed it. Best sandwich ever! Kept it simple but RIGHT! Evening staff at this location are some of the nicest staff of any Panera i have been! Excellent job all!!

Placed a pickup order Saturday evening for a box of bagels, scones, and a coffee for a small gathering Sunday morning. Panera called me 10 minutes before my pickup time saying they had zero bagels or anything they could substitute, and the scones had to be ordered through catering. (Despite the website advertising them. The catering site was broken at the time.)
I understand it was a bit last minute, but it wasn’t a big order and they were open for nearly two hours before letting me know. Ruined the morning and made me late trying to run around town fixing it.
Worth noting “Available” items on the regular ordering website seem to have no bearing on real life. System needs help. Plan accordingly.

Have been eating the meal from Panera for couple times in 1 week. As i’m stuck staying nearby, i randomly tried this cafe. Tried dine in, pick up, and delivery. All services were great and nice.
Ordered couple menus there, tried the chicken sandwich, chipotle sandwich, chicken salad, baja bowl, tomato soup, french soup. All taste good and never disappoint me.
The service is good and the staffs are polite and kind. They separate the place for dine in ordering and pick up counter, quite organized and fast service.
Location certainly easy to find as they are just in the corner of the road.

Worst food I’ve eaten at a Panera location. The soups didn’t taste right and were lukewarm like they were microwaved in their paper cups. The breads didn’t taste fresh or as good as usual. The pastries/sweets tasted dry and days old. No hot water and only one option for tea. The girl from the front counter was replacing coffee and I said the water for tea was cold, she said I could use the microwave to heat it up (with a single use cup). The only thing that was up to standard was the bag of chips.
The store ruined all the good food I used to associate with Panera Bread.
