This is ridiculous. For $8…..I work in restaurant business so I understand short staff, product not being to expectations and customer complaints about things that are out of our control as employees. BUT this is just not caring and whoever put this together imo shouldn’t be there anymore if they looked at this afterwards and thought the customer will be pleased with this SANDWICH…it’s a sandwich for goodness sake!

First time ordering in a long time and never again. I ordered a chicken soup I love and got a tomato soup with Mac and cheese and paid more for the bowl. Really disappointed. Yeah was during lunch time but dang. Tomato soup is kinda bland

So this location doesn’t have any different menu than all the other locations….BUT with that being said this location does have very polite staff, very clean tables/ chairs and booths. The bathrooms are always clean and we come here pretty regularly. We have never been let down by them and would have to highly recommend you coming to this location!

Never had a problem with this location before but tonight I ordered the baked potato soup for the first time ever. Pretty much got handed a cup of water that taste like maybe potatoes got cooked in it? Not sure but I’m wondering if this is typically how it looks or what? Will definitely eat here again regardless I’m just a bit disappointed with this soup

If I could give this place more stars I would. I always have the BEST customer service when I come here to eat with my family. I don’t live in the area but make it a point to stop here before I leave because I know I always am taken care of. Today, John (the manager) took care of an issue I was having on the panera app. He was very respectful and kind. I can tell he values customers and his employees just from what I see whenever I visit. One of the employees there named Dee Dee is such a sweetheart. She always takes care of me and makes me feel at home every time I visit. I was a little sad when I came in today and found out she was off but honestly that goes to show what an amazing person she is. Everyone else is also friendly and very welcoming. Food is always great too. The best Panera store I’ve ever visited and I will continue coming back.

For years I have always looked forward to enjoying a Cinnamon Crunch bagel with a cup of tea in the morning. That was until two weeks ago again today when I bought the Bakers Dozen and saw that they were just over half the size and almost no Cinnamon Crunch – the best part. I could not believe it. You have taken most likely your best seller and ruined it.

I am a fan of Panera Bread but not their prices or how they have downsized their servings (especially for the price). Everyone here is very friendly and the service is always excellent. I love their soups but wish they would keep them all, year-round. I’ve only had a couple mistakes made when we went through the drive-thru and they are very good about getting you the correct food.

Ordered hot crème brûlée latte, got iced latte. Didn’t taste any coffee in it. Ordered hot Madagascar vanilla latte and it wasn’t the same as I ordered before. Very disappointed.
