My sister just bought a home nearby and suggested this establishment.
Wow. This was the freshest, most delicious fish I’ve ever had. The seasoning was spot on with everything and yes it’s all made from scratch
As a pescatarian I have fish often and this was easily the best fish sandwich I’ve ever had, and the fish and chips were up there as well. But the sandwich blew me away.
We also tried the broiled flounder, fried pickles (another best ever), spicy cheese curds, and broccoli bites.
All incredibly delicious and I cannot wait to go back again soon!

It’s well worth the price and the breakfast was great all except the grits,to runny and out of a package, not like the grits I’m use too! They were instant grits! The 5-minute grits work a lot better and not as watery but all in all everything was great Good amount of food and the waitress was awesome the atmosphere was great!!!

I’m traveling through the area to photograph scenes on the eastern shore of Maryland and I spent this afternoon in the Chrisfield area so I chose From Scratch Restaurant for dinner and I was so glad I did. I have their crab cake sandwich and it was delicious. It came with a side of home cut fries and I had their iced tea.
Along with that I had really good service from my waitress named Brooke and she allowed me to take her photograph for my review.
Thank you Brooke and thank you From Scratch Restaurant for a great dinner. I’m sure I’ll stop again whenever I get back to Chrisfield.

Absolutely the best breakfast i have ever had. My husband and I couldnt finish the portions they gave us. We were so use to small portions from other places. But not here! Great staff and food! Would suggest to everyone!

Best breakfast I’ve had in a long time! Service was excellent, our food came out in good time and was cooked perfect and tasted excellent. My scrapple was great ! And so was my huge pancake. A definite return to sample more of there menu. Reasonable priced as well for the guantity you receive.

First, there is that rustic appeal, you get the sense your going to get a homey meal. I went there yesterday and then came back today. So that should tell you something. The portions is more than you can handle. So I was satisfied with the service and food. I definitely would come back again. Oh, don’t forget, don’t undermine the Reservation Link, they know they’ll get busy.
