Excellent sandwich and soup at this place. The food is quite good, the price is reasonable. You order through the screen, so interactions with the staff are very minimal – but the one I interacted with is quite pleasant and friendly.

I’ve had some pretty bad experiences at other Panera locations closer to the city. Wasn’t sure what to expect with it being my first time at this one, but I was delightfully pleased. The food came out fast. We usually have a semi complicated order with our sandwiches but the kitchen executed it perfectly. I could hear the food runner and the kitchen communicating effectively and that’s what makes a smooth running machine out of a business. Thanks for having us and thanks for the delicious lunch. Kudos!

As with many things, Panera bagels have changed. Gone are the days of big, luscious, fabulous tasting bagels. They were special. Now they are small and dull. Today we got two of our favorites, cinnamon crunch and everything bagels. How disappointing. There was no block of cinnamon on the cinnamon crunch, and barely any crunch to speak of. Couldn’t really taste the cinnamon. The taste was bland. The consistency inside the bagel has also changed. The shape was different, it was like a dome shape. Totally different bagel. And pathetically small. Both bagels looked so ordinary. Definitely not the Panera bagels we have been loving and enjoying for years. Note to corporate:

Panera bread as name says bread itself tastes so different and yum, liked it. But the stuff within bread either meat or veggies not so great just average. The soup we had is cream of chicken and wild rice it’s good.

Haven’t been to a Panera for so long and decided to come this place instead when we saw a line at IHOP. We ordered two of the half breakfast sandwiches with bacon with croissant, iced latte & coffee. When I drank the iced latte, it tasted very disgusting like if someone puts sweet sour sauce into the latte— very nasty. The next thing I noticed is that the bacon was missing on one of the half sandwich I ordered, I needed to ask for a remake. The croissant came out cold and isn’t worth paying $3 for. This reminded me of how nasty the coffee at Panera is and am not coming back.

Hadn’t been to this Panera in a while and upon walking in the worker was sweeping so aggressively that you could see the dust in the air going “towards” the food items instead of away from the food items.
Worker didn’t stop when I was trying to walk past and upon seeing the dust being thrown into the air there was no way I was getting any food item there.
Turned around and left. Wasted trip.

Such a wonderful Panera! Fresh food, great staff, decently priced! Love their BBQ Ranch! Broccoli chedder soup is my favorite with a baguette! Love love this restaurant! Good location for shopping and lunch!
