Amazing pizza! Appetizers was small, however very tasty. We ordered the Don Pizza. Thin crust was Delicious, pasta sauce and Italian sausage were outstanding. Will definitely be back for the patio on a summer night.

Excellent thin crust pizza. The crust was thin and crispy. The toppings were flavorful. The bruschetta (combination of three types) was flavorful and we’ll presented. Great wine and beverage selection. Cozy spot in Taylor, MI.

I’ve had Grimaldi’s many times in Las Vegas, Phoenix, Denver and now Taylor. I’ve yet to have it in Brooklyn but that’s for a future trip. I was surprised to see a location in Taylor; I would have expected a little nicer area. The night I went it was pretty empty but it was later in the evening. The Caesar was great and the pizza (margherita with sausage) was excellent. People who aren’t used to this style will not always “get it.” The crust can sometimes get soggy in the middle, too many toppings can add moisture, the pizza does cool off quick (although it must be served hot-otherwise that’s on the server). I look forward to my next visit.

Amazing Pizza. I’m so glad they are finally open.
They are a bit unorganized when it comes to clearing the table’s and seating people, be prepared to wait even though there are table’s open. They did just open so I’m sure they are still working it out. That’s why I still gave them 5 stars.

I loved it! The hostess and server, Mikaela were very friendly. Good service. Extremely clean. Loved watching them make our pizza. The red & white checked tablecloths are so cute and I love the wine bottle lighting. The pecan spinach salad was very good. The pizza was exactly the way I like it. Fresh mozzarella, good sauce and thin, crispy crust. Very authentic. It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I will definitely be back.

Pleasant host upon arrival, immediate seating, wonderful ambiance, our waitress was amazing. Summer sangria was super yummy. Very short wait time for our order, “The Don” pizza was fantastic….you can tell the ingredients were fresh and high quality. Best blueberry cheesecake I’ve ever had 🙂

Everything about our experience was wonderful. The food, the service, the music were all excellent. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu. She even gave us a complimentary dessert when we told her we were celebrating our anniversary.this is definitely somewhere I will be coming back time after time. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for very tasty pizza. Try ” The Don”.

Took my wife and daughter on a Friday night. We were promptly seated and the host was very friendly. Took a while for a server to take our drink order, but she said there was some mix up at the bar that drew her away. I ordered a wedge salad and my wife the caesar. They both seemed to be designed to share with two people (came with two forks), but we both ate the majority of both of them. They brought a piece of pizza dough for my daughter to play with, which she enjoyed. I did not see any sort of a kids menu.
We ordered a white pizza (cheeses, no sauce), with four toppings. They urge you not to order more than four as pizza is not in hot oven long enough to cook more than that through. Pizza was fine, crust was crispy along the edges. But the bottom was missing the firmness and crispness that I was expecting from hearth baked pie. Also the four toppings cost a whopping $14, almost as much as the pizza.
The toppings and a couple beers along with the salads brought our bill to a staggering total. But now that we know, we would probably split a salad and not get as many toppings next time.
Nothing was spectacular, so not clamoring to go back. But would not avoid and might give it another try down the road.

First off the restaurant is absolutely gorgeous and not at all what I expected. Very upscale for a pizza place. And they have a nice bar with a great selection
Their specialty is authentic old fashioned brick oven pizza. And boy they DO NOT disappoint. I can’t get enough of this place. The taste of this compared to chain pizza stores is absolutely unrivaled. I can never go back to eating slop like hungry howies again.
To be fair this place is slightly pricy, but I’m more than happy to pay if with how good this pizza is.
Seriously people, you don’t know what your missing out on. This is real, authentic delicious Italian pizza. And there is NOTHING in the area that comes close
