Ordered Chipotle Chicken & Bacon Flatbread Pizza today. It has always been delicious thanks to the Chipotle Aioli sauce. But this time they forgot to pour this sauce on the pizza and the pizza is not what it should be. And in addition to this, they put a dirty napkin on me. We relocated from Michigan and Panera has always been our go to for a trustworthy meal. I know that when I give my family Panera we’re eating good ingredients. This location is close to Davidson so we frequently pop up and our son uses the mobile app often. The employees here are just so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this location. I wish I had taken pics of the last time I ordered food. I love the soup in the bread bowl. Sandwiches are always so good, don’t forget to add a couple pickles on the side.

Waited nearly 25 minutes for a bagel. When I finally asked about it, they had completely forgotten, and she said, “Wait, I’ll make it now.” Also, there was one tiny bit of cream cheese on the entire bagel. Spent nearly my entire lunch hour waiting for a pickup order for a pick two that was a salad and a cup of soup. Several people went up and cancelled their orders while I was there because it was taking so long. I’m not sure if they had more orders than usual today but to wait 40 mins for a to go salad and a cup of soup is pretty ridiculous.

I’m so sick and tired of Panera messing up orders. It is literally NEVER right every time I order. It’s not just me either, countless people have said the same on their DoorDash reviews. I will never get food from Panera again, and it’s such a shame because I do like their food and drinks when they get it right. Have ordered at least 6 or 7 times from this location and it is NEVER right, something is ALWAYS missing. This time multiple things are missing. It’s so frustrating.

Very mediocre. I always get the same thing, the Chipotle chicken sandwich but this last time was very meh. Maybe because I went in the evening and there were different people working or they were using up scraps from the day. I also ordered a sugar cookie because the app said they were sold out of everything except that but in reality they had certain things but no sugar cookie. So I got a different cookie that was cheaper that what I paid for on the app. Very annoying.

The green goddess salad is delicious and nutritious. I highly recommend this location and would return. Sometimes panera can run out of ingredients but this is because of supply shortages or recalls… Definitely consider that. Panera is trackable while dieting (calories , macros, etc ). Enjoy.
