Decent atmosphere. The kid at the register was a little rude, they don’t greet you when you enter the facility. The kitchen staff was very talkative amongst themselves and rather loud. Do not recommend the chai tea latte, it was spicy. Yes it’s a spiced chai tea latte but all you get is heat, no other flavor. Kids like the flatbread pizza and broccoli soup. Overall it’s good food. Staff needs work.

Great CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The young gentleman at the register was so patient with me and was so helpful with his knowledge of the items on the menu. The kitchen did mess up and forgot to put the chicken in our salad, but when I called to let them know, they were very apologetic and remade the entire salad. To top it off when I went to get the remade salad they were all very apologetic again and even offered us a pastry for the inconvenience!! Such great customer service and overall experience!!

Well Im a rewards member for years. Visiting Elizabeth city NC Panera and ordered the Chipotle Chicken Egg avocado sandwich. I have had this sandwich in atlaest 6 state and always my go to breakfast sandwich and Well made. Well NOT THIS TIME. Carry out hotel 5 minutes aways still hot. Open the sandwich and next to NO MEAT. The picture advertised of sandwich with meat flowing. Went back you lady say 1oz is what we put on the sandwich. But this doesn’t look like 1oz. @$6.49. I don’t go back and forth when I show you the sandwich. I know sometimes you say TAKE-OUT and no one thinks you will come back.

4 stars since we tried the curbside pickup one day and we got our food immediately but the next day, we had to wait in the drive thru. On the day that we did curbside pickup, the drive thru line was really busy and had a lot of people in the line and the line seem like it was not moving at all; next door at chick fil a, line was not moving too and it was a lot of people waiting. The next day, we wanted to go to chick fil a but there was a long line around chick fil a, so we decided to do the drive thru at panera bread because it was no line at all. We still had to wait 5 minutes or more for our food in/at drive thru. Food was good but the wait and drive thru line is not good. Our children ate the kids turkey and cheese sandwich. The chicken sandwich and apple salad were good as well.

They do have very delicious soups and sandwiches. And my kids love the flat bread pizza. They are always friendly staff even when a mistake is made they rush and remake it correctly or do all they can above and beyond what’s asked of them.

I had a great experience here using a $10.00 gift card I won in a GMC Mania and got a Margherita Pizza here. The Pizza could have had more sauce would have been nice if it were not cold. Other than that it was great.

So I always order the Chipotle chicken avocado melt, When I got this Sandwich home today and bit into it I thought I was biting into the seed of the avocado when I pulled the piece out It was hard as a rock unedible sad thing is when I called the restaurant to let them know all I got was well sometimes that happens and they are not ripe, “then you should not be putting them on the sandwich”. Unbelievable $9 half Sandwich that I had to take half of the ingredients off. And manager didn’t seem to really care. They will no longer be getting my money.

Something is off at the Panera Bread business in Elizabeth City, NC. Sometimes my rewards card works at their cash register and sometimes it does not…. Depending on if you are up for a free or discounted item. If you notice that, too, then you’re not alone. Only I give a 2 star because the sandwich was tasty once received but came at not a discount as expected or earned…. Beware!

I love bagels; I grew up in NY with the worlds best bagels IMO. I stopped at Panera omw to work on Sunday. I got there when they unlocked the door and was the first customer in. The young lady behind the counter was quick and efficient. They were just filling up the bagels so some were still on the cart. I got six (two of each) cinnamon raisin, plain and Asiago and they were still warm. Living in a small town there are one or two choices for fresh baked pastries and bagels. Paneras is not bad for being mass produced; its not NY style but it takes the edge off a craving. So I’d go back every few months.

I love Panera but my Flatbread pizza was a little burnt this time. As soon as I opened the box I could smell that it was burnt, even my friend said she could smell it but the girl in the drive-thru said it wasn’t.
