My fries were cold. The line took forever. Least they could’ve done was make my fries fresh. The woman at the window was rude when I told her they were cold. The manager on duty was giving me rude looks the entire time and I’m pretty sure they even looked at another employee and laughed when I mentioned about the line taking so long that they could have had the fries at least fresh.

Stopped here after I did a paper in college about their business model. Love, love, love!!!! Everything about this place! You order on one side of the building and pay on the other. They are fast and friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. I love the seasoning on their Frenchie fries! And always get a peach Dr. Enuff.

Breakfast , Lunch, and Dinner , no drive thru beats pals. Always fast, and the once in a blue moon you get a mistake, they will literally deliver your food to you to make it right. Gate City in particular is the best of the brand. Go get pals.

Pals has a really good selection of food you can order. From hamburgers and hot dogs to chicken and ham sandwiches. Their breakfast is ok, but their flagship item for breakfast is their Cheddar Rounds. Which look like the hash browns that other fast food establishments serve, but these things are full of cheddar cheese. They are really good. Plus, you can’t leave out the fast and friendly service they offer.
