Panera is usually where I go to have a well balanced meal & today I was craving their Greek salad. I get home and there’s barely any salad to even eat. I could’ve gotten a half salad for the amount of lettuce in here and not to mention there’s no pepperoncini. Just disappointed & annoyed I spent almost $12 on a salad that isn’t going to fill me up and doesn’t have all of the ingredients.

Went to get my birthday dessert. I will only get the cinnamon bun in the box or cookie in the pack. Everything else is laid out in the open uncovered. The guy Infront of me coughed Twice right by the baked goods and didn’t cover his mouth. So what that means, aye, nothing like a lil Cov… comeback around with your treat around town right. ♀️ Yea, the glass isn’t high enough. I’ve seen flies land right in the baked goods and they still get served. Please, put the baked goods and anything else in a case. I recently ordered delivery and got the french onion soup, half chipotle chicken avocado melt and baguette. When I opened my bag there was no baguette, then I was eating my sandwich and bit into like a whole half of an avocado that wasn’t mashed and was not ripe, so I go on to eat my soup when I was putting the croutons in I noticed something that looked like a small piece of plastic and when I pulled it out it was a hair. The only way seemingly to get a refund is to call the local store which I do not have time to do but please pull your hair back when you are working in food service and maybe don’t put half an avocado not cut or anything on a sandwich. So disappointing

Love the $6.99 meals! This is our new date night options. Please don’t ever get rid of these $6.99 meals it makes Panera actually reasonable to go to, unlike before. We have SIP CLUB and now go here multiple times a day to get our highly caffeinated lemonades. Much cheaper for a caffeine fix than Starbucks

I went it to “pick up” a to-go order my husband had called in. It felt as though I was interrupting the workers behind the counter. I stood there for a couple of minutes and no one acknowledged me. Then I asked for his order, she checked a bag on the counter and said “here it is”. I took it and left. I get home and my husband asks where his drink is….I don’t know, I just picked up what she gave me. He has no drink and his salad has 3 slivers of chicken on it, not as normal! Why can’t folks care about their customers anymore?

Employee handed us the wrong food. after handing us the correct order asked us if we had talked to the someone at the menu we said yes, and she replied “interesting” with a condescending demeanor.
