We were in town for a soccer game and visited this Panera location at my son’s request. The smoothies were excellent, and the sandwiches were very good. The overall experience was positive, and the service stood out—Keesi, the manager, was professional and engaging, and his staff provided attentive and courteous service. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this location.

I have eaten at this location many times, and the staff is awesome. My food is always hot and delicious. I didn’t get the young lady’s name that’s at the drive through most of the time, but she is always great. Ivory is awesome as well, and the manager Shondra is doing a great job because her staff is great. Thank you all for a wonderful experience! See you soon

Best Panera Bread!!! I have been to a lot of Panera places in different states. This has been the best store. Great customer service, sandwiches with really tasty bread, and salad is really fresh, especially on Monday late evening. It also has pretty display shelf for the bakery. Will definitely come back again when I’m passing the area on I-93.

Panera bread now has this new sip club for new members to where you get to try different beverages out for free after you sign up for a three month membership which pays for itself after your first beverage no kidding.
This really helps out especially during lunchtime beverages can be so expensive. This way you can try different ones out so after the trial is up at least you’ll know what’s good what’s not? I appreciate that. Because normally I would buy their food and would not buy their drinks so this helps out a lot. You get more information on their websiteabout this new club. Service was fast and friendly and patient. I appreciate y’all keep up the good work.

A typical place to eat for the Americans. We ordered the tomato soup and tuna sandwich. They were all good. Also, the toilets were clean. It is just about vaguely a drop by place to eat. No halal options.

My experience here is always horrible. I visit other locations, this one needs to visit other locations as well. The bread tastes different. They are NOT friendly, never a sense of urgency and very unprofessional. Inappropriate conversations guests shouldn’t hear.

Food was good but soup could have been hotter. Waited longer than normal for food. Took a while for someone to come to front to take our orders. I ordered on kiosk, coworker waited for order to be taken, and had to ask to have order taken. Everyone looked busyness maybe they were short staffed.

Recently ordering the buffalo chicken melt at Panera left me unimpressed due to its subpar appearance and scanty portion size, especially given the price point. I expected at least a half decent sandwich for $10 but instead I was given majority of buffalo sauce on hard bread. Literally a waste of money.

How do you mess up a grill cheese???Panera bread figured it out , actually burnt cheese, and pulled it off while only toasting half a slice of bread! The other picture is the complimentary piece of bread you get , looks like some took a bite out of the loaf and spit it in my bag… worst Panera experience to date..
