I picked up lunch for my office today and we were all very happy with our lunch selections. My Harvest salad was delicious and way more than I could eat (I saved half for dinner tonight!). As always, the french bread was crusty and flavorful, the perfect accompaniment to my salad. The broccoli & cheddar soup was also a huge hit. Super easy to order online and was ready at the front counter when I came in to pick it up.

The first picture is my entree as advertised. Meat, onion, sauce side to side. A nice filling to bread ratio.
The other pictures are what I received. Thin on filling making for mostly bread. Onions still in a ring only on a half. Pitiful roll coverage.
Also, it took 18 minutes to receive our order. Unacceptable for a fast casual restaurant.
The man putting the orders together and calling them out was friendly.
The tomato soup, Mac and cheese, and brownie were good.
Do better with food prep or I’ll have to write this offer as another miserable private equity story.

FIX YOUR DRINK MACHINE! This place is the McDonald’s ice cream machine of sofa fountains. AND THEY SELL “UNLIMITED SIP” MEMBERSHIPS!??? (Very limited based on supply).
The younger staff can be nice. But the managers and maybe owner are always there sitting around while the place is a mess. Pick up the trash, wipe off the tables, be proud of where you work!
The bathroom is textbook “how to motivate people to leave in 5 minutes”. Gross, slowest towel dispenser ever, and looks awful!
My goodness! Walk over to Chick-fil-a and learn how to run a restaurant!
Go anywhere else until this place gets its act together.

Yes…I went only because a group of friends was going and I was disappointed as always. Ordered a bowl of chicken & wild rice soup that literally had two small chunks of chicken in it!!! It also had this weird thickness to it. I wonder if they are adding some sort of thickness to make it look like more. It did have somewhat of a weird taste to it and if that weren’t enough, the sanitation grade was a 96! The plus side was the dining room attendant was nice.

I stopped here while traveling for work for a late dinner. The food was fast, fresh and delicious. I also received exceptional service. The manager was clearly on top of his store and was sure to make sure the guests were taken care of. Great experience, I’ll be back to this location next time I’m in the area.

We had such a great experience at this location. After a full weekend of trunks, treats, and birthdays we stopped in for dinner before our 5yo and 2yos fell asleep heading home. The staff were helpful and welcoming. They clarified points about our order and quickly set us up for dinner without meltdowns. We felt so welcome and the hospitality was top notch! Cookies are also absolute perfection. Thanks to this great team for helping us finish the weekend out strong.

Usually a 4, today totally disappointed! What i ordered vs what I received in photos My cookie was packaged under the hot mac & cheese. My sandwich was twice the cost of what they gave me & the person that did order this, their request was not what they ordered as well.

I used to LOVE Panera but haven’t been in a couple years. I had a hankering for the broccoli cheddar soup today and also ordered half the chicken salad sandwich because it used to be one of my favorites. The broccoli cheddar was still good but the chicken salad sandwich is honestly gross now. It tasted like something you’d buy from a gas station. I had heard that Panera’s quality had greatly decreased, but now I can say so for myself. I won’t be back unfortunately.

We went to Beaver Creek Commons Drive Apex Panera bread. We took 10 mins to order from the system 4+ items but it vanished so we started again, the attender in the restaurant saw but never said anything . We tried paying and waited it to get complete and the. Whole process took 15 mins and more and again the system failed with payment . We asked the attendant and she said the system has been funny whole day, but still they never let us know. We re ordered at the front desk from the same attendee and we customised our order but she never said we cannot dine in. We waited at a table for 30 mins thinking why they are not serving our order. When we went to front desk attendant she said the dine is closed and we were not informed neither they called out our name on the order to deliver. Totally service ruined our evening. All I wished they could communicate better to save customers and their time.

What happened to this Panera? It’s so dirty inside. Seats are ripped (nearly all of them!). Ceilings have mounds of dust. Did they change management!? It used to be so good. Food was “okay.” Young boy at counter wasn’t very helpful. Such a shame.
