My pizza came unevenly cut, too much crust, gummy in texture, cold, cheese melted sideway stuck to the box, etc. It made me so sad because I waited two hours even though this store is eight minutes away from the delivery destination, and I was so hungry. The driver must have had the boxes sideways in the car because the tipping distribution was so off and uneven. This was a huge disappointment especially since I paid extra for the two bigger sized meat lovers handmade pan pizza. So disappointing.

It took almost 2 hours to receive my order. After the first hour passed I attempted to call for an update/cancel, couldn’t reach anyone and the call dropped multiple times. If I was told my order would arrive late, I wouldn’t have had an issue. Not to mention my pizza taste awful and was not correct and I have no way of contacting the store in order to remediate the issue.
However I decided to go to the store and although the young lady Tiara was working by herself she was super sweet and was able to assist with me a refund. Great customer service!

No people! Your eyes are not deceiving you! This store had three minors running from behind the counter through the kitchen, climbing on boxes, climbing on counters, climbing on the same material, they place our food in and even at one point asking the children to assist because the store was just that busy. I’m not sure how this store is still standing! Out of all seven adult staff members that were in the building at the time not one of them thought it was a safety hazard for the children to be running around and throwing hot wheels at customers. I originally was just going to leave a complaint about how the gentleman making the pizzas had no gloves on, that evolved into me finding an edible object in my pizza, when I return to the store to dispute this, this is what I saw in immediately new, I would never order from Domino’s again

Sad to say this pizza was not good at all. They were very nice but one of my pizzas was under cooked and both pizza had way too much sauce and cheese and what really threw me for a curve was something hard and white was in the pizza I bit into it and it looked like a grain of rice but harder. Also The pizza was cut into 6 huge slices rather than 8.

If there was an option to give it a negative star that’s what I’d give. The customer service is nonexistent no one answers the phone I waited literally for over an hour and no one answered! My pizza was a delivery order that arrived cold because it arrived well after the estimated time. The pizza wasn’t even cut and the second pizza did not have the buffalo sauce on it. I will never order here and honestly I just won’t be purchasing dominos at all.

Ordered this pizza for delivery mid afternoon. Was delivered by a very professional, well groomed, and nice associate named Danyale. She was super pleasant and hand off was seemless. I ordered the Pacific Veggie and added chicken, also switched out for garlic parm sauce. OMG….mouth ORGAZ!!!! Whomever prepared this pizza did an amazing job, and I give kudos out. I will Def order from here again and appreciate the time and effort they put into preparing this amazing pizza! Made my day.
Update. Very professional manager named Precious (hope I spelt that correct) was super helpful. I had ordered a pizza pretty late and it didn’t come the way it was expected. Called the next AM, she didn’t even hesitate to assist in asking me if I wanted a replacement or refund…..of course I wanted the pizza. NOT ONLY THAT. She replaced the entire order. Which was very unexpected, but amazing. Love this Domino’s and their staff. Even if there is a misstep at times they make sure to rectify it ASAP.

I ordered delivery yesterday and I was looking at the tracker. I got the notification that my food had gotten delivered. I went to my door to see if anyone was outside or if the pizza was there. I didn’t see anything. So I waited a few minutes before calling. The guy that answered the phone was very professional and I was upset thinking someone had gotten my food. He handled the situation very well. Soon as we hung up my food got delivered. My food was fresh and hot. The driver Trevor was very professional as well. They were busy but still did a great job.
