Very pleasant and consistent drive through experience. No much has changed since they opened in a good way! The food is always good. I decided to order the Asia Sesame Chicken Salad. It was excellent and very friendly staff. The French onion soup was good also. Very quick and effective drive through experience along with good food!

Food is good but NEVER use the drive thru, today makes the 4th time either I was charged more for the same order as inside or the receipt is correct but given the wrong food. Todays order was for a bowl of broccoli cheddar mac and cheese, received a cup of mac and cheese, and a flat drink. Go inside to eat!

They were nice enough when I placed my order in the drive through, however after I was handed my order one employee asks the other “am I going to get sick from eating the bacon??” I got a half turkey *bacon* avocado and a half green goddess. Panera isn’t super cheap, no biggie I know the prices going into it, but the lettuce was gross, the avocado wasn’t sliced, and I didn’t get any egg on my salad. I asked for chips and got bread. I got a half filled container of green goddess dressing but it did help me that hardly any of the salad had dressing to be able to see all the slimy pieces of salad mix. Bummed that this was served to me.

Waited a good 10 minutes in line, Panera is usually worth the wait. When I got to the counter, the lady at the front desk informed me that she “needed to check if they had more bread bowls.” This employee then walked to the back of the kitchen, and spent a several minutes on her cell phone sending a text message. Not once did I see her speak with her co-worker to inquire about said bread bowls, just texting. To make matters worse, upon returning and telling me that I was unable to get my bread bowl, she told me that I needed to wait longer, and then walked away to send yet another text message. Unbelievable concept of customer service. Never again will I be stopping here.

Definitely the best Panera in the area! Lots of space, super friendly staff, actually clean dishes, and the dishes actually came with all their ingredients! OH and their chocolate chipper cookies actually came warm!!

The staff was absolutely amazing! The Manager Aeriel was up front and helped me decided on what I wanted to eat. Her knowledge of the menu was outstanding and down right impressive. The food was cooked perfectly and you could tell it was fresh. Out of all the Panera’s I have been To. Teays valley makes all the others seem bland! Oh and the kitchen sink cookie is 1000% worth the money !
