ordered thru the app – food was waiting for us on the rack. got it to the hotel and started eating — the salad was super lame. ordered a caesar chicken salad – it really wasn’t that great. also had a strawberry/banana smoothie. this wasn’t a smoothie at all. it had ice in it. what smoothie have you had that had ice cubes in it? the taste was terrible too – was like yogurt and watered down and add ice cubes and charge like $8 for it…super lame. so disappointed!!!

Staff was very nice, the place was relatively clean and service was ok, but our food was not up to normal Panera standards. My chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwich had very little chicken in it. It was basically all bread and a little bit avocado. My cream of chicken and wild rice soup didn’t have much chicken either and was not creamy. My wife’s salad was mostly salad, maybe 1-2 ounces of chicken. Still grateful for the fast on/off freeway access & for the nice local staff.

I ate a chicken ceaser salad and was very disappointed. The salad was mostly lettuce, croutons were not crunchy, not much chicken and no parmesan cheese. I got one before in Arlington, VA and it was awesome. Huge difference between both locations.

Ordered 2 med veg sandwiches, cashier messed up and put in for them to made on cinnamon raisin bagels (who would even want that?). Went in, manager had an attitude, but had them remade, did not put in the baggetts. Opened the wrapper to eat the sandwich, and it was covered with ROTTEN lettuce. Took it back in, the manager was very rude and rolled her eyes, I said “would you want to eat that?” Rolled her eyes again, and said we’ll do you just want me to refund them? I said yes (obviously). I would seriously question the safety of the food here. Completely disgusted. You do not get an attitude with a customer, repeatedly, when your employees mess up. I will never step foot in another Panera again.

The sandwiches and soups are great. The dining room is a little small, and the pickup window is in an awkward spot. Otherwise, it was as good as any other Panera I’ve been to in the US. Definitely will return again.

The young ladies at the front counter were pleasantly friendly and so helpful. They helped me find foods that were safe for me to eat (food allergy). When the soup I chose was not available, Carolyn kindly came to find me and ask if she could help me find something else. The lady in the kitchen was friendly and accommodating and so calm. I was impressed with the service!

UPDATE: a few months ago, I sent a message to corporate about this location. Not ONLY did they work to correct this issue, but only minor errors occur occasionally now. The night shift takes 3 times longer than other establishments, which is a bit annoying, HOWEVER, the sandwiches come out perfect. I am perfectly happy to wait a 10 minutes longer for this kind of quality. I love my sandwiches packed with veggies and they REALLY make that happen.

I walked in at 7:54PM and me amongst a group of others were denied service even though their hours state they are open till 9PM. They acted like I had walked into their private residence and were very rude.

I generally love Panera but this time I was saddened by my two 10 dollar salads (with tax). I’m not sure if this is a reject Cesar salad that was attempting to be a Fuji apple salad but the goal was not met. But the store deserves 3 stars because the bathroom was clean! You win some, you lose some. Highly recommend visiting a different location for your salad needs.
