Came with my mom for dinner, not really table service except for when they brought our food. Had to place the order and pay at the cashier before sitting down. Wish they had wine, no alcohol. Only vegan option for me was salad (it was good), but my mom enjoyed the pizza.

The staff were cleaning as I got in, and my son and I were the only ones during this visit. Our table was clean, and so were the bathrooms. My 9 year old felt special, and I enjoyed our quite dinner. The appetizers came in no time, our thin crust came shortly after. So much has changed, but the strawberry lemonade was as sweet as I remember. Our server noticed I was Hard Of Hearing and spoke slowly and LOOKED AT ME when she spoke. Not all heroes wear capes.

Went here with my parents. Big mistake. The waiter was rude. This place used to be the place to go. Now it’s just old and barely hanging on. My parents order came 15 minutes before mine did. So we all got to sit and watch each other eat… cringe… they brought our drinks out in plastic. They gave us plastic ware to eat on. The food was not seasoned. Everything fell flat here. From the monotone waiter who never checked on us, to the drab decor, and over priced food. Only thing worth mentioning was the fries, they were decent but not even enough of those to consider a small. Never again!

Food good but VERY poor service. Drink in plastic solo cup overflowing with pop on the top. Food arrived without plate or utensils. Took awhile for the plate—never got any utensils. Check total incorrect. Asked for smaller takeout container; other waitress said “okay” walked to and stood at the register instead and never came back. I just left.

Food is good but the waiters are ungrateful. One time I tipped the waiter my last dollar and he got angry and hostile and gave it back to me. Every since then I never returned!!

Note: We went on NYE… It was very different & usually Leona’s is very full with nice music and good food. The food does not taste the same as it did years ago when I was a kid, the process of buying your entrees are totally different now. I’m very shocked because this used to be a very busy place it’s definitely changed a lot. The restaurant is still very clean, and customer service was good, it’s just the food and the vibe is not the same anymore. Maybe I’ll try to go on a day that’s not a holiday and see if it changes.

Me and 11 friends decided to return to Leona’s for the first time since the pandemic. Not only has the ownership/management changed but so has their business model. The notion of standing at a desk while a new and poorly trained employee enters your order into a computer is asinine.

Under new management, I have spent hundreds, if not a thousand dollars at this pizza place over the last 2 and half years ordering pizza for my students at school and for my tutoring business. Now all of a sudden no specials for schools and they are trying to charge double the delivery fee to deliver to my school. No thanks, we will take our business elsewhere. Also the new manager Jillian was not helpful at all.
