Came with my mom for dinner, not really table service except for when they brought our food. Had to place the order and pay at the cashier before sitting down. Wish they had wine, no alcohol. Only vegan option for me was salad (it was good), but my mom enjoyed the pizza.

Went here with my parents. Big mistake. The waiter was rude. This place used to be the place to go. Now it’s just old and barely hanging on. My parents order came 15 minutes before mine did. So we all got to sit and watch each other eat… cringe… they brought our drinks out in plastic. They gave us plastic ware to eat on. The food was not seasoned. Everything fell flat here. From the monotone waiter who never checked on us, to the drab decor, and over priced food. Only thing worth mentioning was the fries, they were decent but not even enough of those to consider a small. Never again!

We ordered delivery from them several times. food is consistently good and staff is kind and friendly. they have generous portions. and the kids meal is great value. we like the stuffed pizza and the pasta. we liked the burgers, we like that it’s a thick patty, but they could use a little more seasoning it is great comfort food! they always have great online coupons for ordering online.

I have come here for lunch & dinner for years! It’s been a go to spot that has a lil something for everyone.
The food has always been consistent for me. I absolutely love it for the flavors and value given the portions.
-1 star for consistency issues, especially with quality of staff/customer service. Sometimes, it’s great. Sometimes, it leaves a bit to be desired. Too many understaffed visits, too many long wait visits… but I keep coming back because the food is great, the value is tops, and even when the service leaves you wanting, it is still nice.

Note: We went on NYE… It was very different & usually Leona’s is very full with nice music and good food. The food does not taste the same as it did years ago when I was a kid, the process of buying your entrees are totally different now. I’m very shocked because this used to be a very busy place it’s definitely changed a lot. The restaurant is still very clean, and customer service was good, it’s just the food and the vibe is not the same anymore. Maybe I’ll try to go on a day that’s not a holiday and see if it changes.

Excellent services! We walked in (a group of 13) and they quickly set up the tables and catered to our needs. The pizza was great and didn’t take long. Our server made sure we were comfortable and even brought the kids coloring books. I really enjoyed myself and the server made us feel welcomed.
