Busy but not loud. I tried a spicy stacker. Switched sauce to green goddess, but still a little too spicy for me. My friend chose the chicken stacker and declared it very good.

I love panera but this is the second time I have gotten a salad and it was not customize how I wanted and it’s Cleary on the receipt but not in my salad. It was corrected the first time but my concern is how many times is this going to happen and why the person making the food don’t make it how it is on the paper to be customized. I love everything else about this place but if I pay for something I expect it to be exactly what I requested.

My family and I come here very often and never have any issues, our orders are always done correctly and everything tastes just fine!
The establishment is quite clean, service is fast, but the only issue is sitting, if you are a party of 3+ you will have a hard time finding somewhere to sit.

Food was good. Upon entering A man greeted me and asked for my name because I was picking up an order. He went to go check on the order and told me it would be up soon. However, it was my first time being in there and he didn’t tell me where to pick it up from. Luckily I was on the phone with someone that was familiar with the restaurant and told me where to go pick it up from. It was very inconvenient being that I was on my lunch Break and had no idea where to pick my food up, because he did not tell me where to go. So once I get to work, I opened up my Bag and realized that my tuna was smaller than normal. I have Eaten from this restaurant before and my sandwich was never that small! I was very disappointed and I was already hungry from the long wait just to get back to a small sandwich. As I mentioned, the food was good, but I’m still very disappointed.

Today I was very disappointed with the large salad. Purchased a full Greek goddess salad with no pickled onions to be replaced with red onions and declined the bacon, and ended up getting rotten avocado and pickled onions on my to go order. Not happy after paying $13 for a salad I literally get for the avocado and it’s not edible. I ordered this around 11am so there I no excuse to have over oxidized avocados so early in the day.
Wish they would pay better attention to their ingredient freshness and your customizations. Also several lettuce pieces are browned. In addition to thrilled they put the salad dressing cups on top of the food. Please put it in the bag and not the container. I assume these containers are not 100% clean and don’t want that touching the food I eat.

Panera Bread was such a great stop! From the outside, it looked full, and we almost went somewhere else, but once inside, we were surprised by how spacious it really is. There was plenty of seating, even during a busy time. Ordering was super easy, and I liked being able to see our order status on the screen, it helped pass the time. The food came out perfectly and was consistent with other locations we’ve been to. My kids loved their grilled cheese, and I got the Greek salad with the white balsamic dressing, it was fresh and delicious. Overall, a great experience!

THEY DON’T ANSWER THE PHONE. BUG IN MY SALAD. I’ve been calling this location ALL day. You better not have an issue with anything because the phone will ring and ring and ring. I guess they expect customers to come BACK to their physical store if they have a problem. My problem? A tick in my Green Goddess Salad. I didn’t want to write a bad review but I can’t get in touch with this store so BEWARE!!! Very poor service.
