THEY DON’T ANSWER THE PHONE. BUG IN MY SALAD. I’ve been calling this location ALL day. You better not have an issue with anything because the phone will ring and ring and ring. I guess they expect customers to come BACK to their physical store if they have a problem. My problem? A tick in my Green Goddess Salad. I didn’t want to write a bad review but I can’t get in touch with this store so BEWARE!!! Very poor service.

We just wanted to shout out to the manager here, Sage. She came out with a set of tools to help us with the plash shield dangling underneath our car after a minor incident. Great management and service from what I’ve experienced. Dine in is busy pretty frequently, so I do pickup and curbside orders- they’re always complete and they always follow the additional instructions. Very timely, and they keep up with Panera’s tech usage. They always use the app and order tracking screens incredibly well. I always know exactly when I can expect my food.

Panera bread is great! Doesn’t everyone love their food. I used to think that Panera Bread just sold bread but once I tried their Mac & Cheese, the little shop on the corner became a go to restaurant! In Virginia, I trusted Panera Bread to amaze me once again, and they did! I hope you get a chance to enjoy your own experience at any Panera Bread! I’ll say this, the next time I come in Panera while trying to work and one of your employees confronts me about a personal issues, it’s going to be an issue!! You need to teach your employees some professionalism. If you want to speak to me about personal issues, we should do that outside and not while work is going on. You need to be careful who you hire and the problems they can bring to your business. I’m a professional, and I carry myself as such. However, if she (she knows who she is, ask your employees braids/glasses) CONFRONTS me again in the manner she did, next time I’ll have to address it right there in the store. In a professional way, of course!!
