– We stood at the front desk for several minutes without being acknowledged before I finally asked someone if we should find our own seat. “No, we’ll help you in a minute.”
– Server will be right with you. 10+ minutes before anything.
– Server was kinda sassy and rude when we were ordering. Not regulars so took a little to figure out order.
– Pet peeve…online app special that wasn’t available in the restaurant. Reward me for coming in, don’t punish me!
– Had to beg for drink refills.
– Server did better at the end, but still sassy.
– Just not a “can’t wait to come back” experience. Maybe try the Tanasbourne one next time. (I have a gift card so there has to be a next time…)
The night we went, it wasn’t full or busy… but it looked and felt that there wasn’t much staff on hand that night. It took a bit of waiting for someone to notice us and when we were noticed, it was by an employee that didn’t know exactly where to sit us because (I’m guessing) they weren’t a server so they didn’t know who had what section, I understand that they probably didn’t want us waiting but I don’t mind waiting for a server rather than a random employee. The server assigned to us that night was very friendly even with all the table they had to work that night. The burger (mushroom Swiss) was good but pretty “wet” and slipped out pretty quickly upon getting the burger. The wings were “meh” (nothing really notable about them) and the fries were a bit “dry” as well.
This probably wasn’t one their best nights and that’s okay, we tipped the server for doing a good job and enjoyed our meal!
Would still go back during a big sports event to see how lively these places get as they seem to be a good neighborhood hub for sports watching events and just gathering overall, although to achieve that, BWW needs to move away from their current model and go a bit smaller in their footprint.
Blake was a great server, he was very prompt with the refills.
My FAVORITE is when they turn the music up, they have a touchtunes jukebox that I have played at least 1,000 songs on.
I DO NOT like when management or staff walk over to turn the music down or off because they do not want to listen to it.
Touchtunes is to boost customer engagement, create atmosphere and increase revenue. Making guests stay longer and spend more. By turning it down you’re decreasing customer interaction, loyalty, emotional connection, and it comes off negatively as poor service with dissatisfaction.
Was going 4-5 times a week. Down to once a month or so because there are SEVERAL places with touchtunes that want my service and can tolerate music better I guess.
That being said.
Shout out to
Andea, Brisia, and Chase behind the bar. Ya’ll kill it every shift and never let me down! Their kindness and attentiveness really go a long way and got us to come back over and over and OVER again. Keep up the fantastic work! You guys are Rockstars!
Last night we ordered and not only was the order wrong (wrong sauce on wings) but everything was cold. We live exactly 5 minutes away and we picked up right at the pick up time so I don’t believe the 5 minute drive made our food cold.
The wings and fries also tasted old and were crunchy/dry. We were also missing veggies.
After yet again spending around 50$’s for just two people and having it again be a pretty disappointing meal, I don’t know how much we’ll be coming back. We certainly won’t be doing pick up again.

… However, I refuse to give five stars to this location due to several bad experiences with trying to order online and then resorting to trying to order via phone, only to be left unanswered several calls from not only myself but several friends at a group outing. In the future if we ever try to call again for a pickup order and it works, I’ll consider reevaluating the score.
Update: service is really slow on weekends after 7pm, took about 15 minutes for someone to take our order, an additional +30 minutes for food to arrive. Still enjoyed the food though. So not changing my stars
