Normally I wouldn’t give this location a great review. During covid 19 staffing is at a minimum, I’d expect just the opposite. I received a cup of soup instead of the bowl I ordered , not the first time, and no spoon to eat it with. The food was good however. The shining light on this location was Chris , the cashier. He’s exceptional, great personality , professional and efficient and working alone with no assistance during lunch. His customer service skills would be the only reason I’d consider returning.

Panera couldn’t find my order. I did not get an email confirmation with an order # etc. Customer Care closed at 7:00 PM, I ordered at 7:30 PM. (I ordered on the website, did not use the app.)

Easily the worst Panera I’ve ever been to. The drive thru is never open in the mornings because it’s not staffed. Today they had 0 coffee and I was yelled at that they were extremely short staffed and to use the kiosk. Oh and I had to lug my daughter in which is why I usually just do drive thru anyways. So much for customer service. If you cannot staff your store and provide a service that people are paying for what are you really up to?

looking for fresh healthy foods to eat? this might be the place for you. i find the place somehow romantic? great ambiance and lighting. a good place for a small chat or reading books or just hang around. they have good options for beverages too. the food we ordered where delicious. they also have condiments available, ketchup, mayonnaise and yellow mustard.

Understaffed and running. I got my text telling me my order was ready but it wasn’t on the pickup shelf. Took 5 minutes to get someone’s attention. They got it for me right away, but if it was ready it should have been placed on the shelf where I could get it.
