Food quality is fine. It seems like every time I go, there’s one lady that tries to say that you aren’t missing half of your order when you are. I had to pull my receipt out today just to show her and she acted like she was being all polite giving me “free food” when I payed for it. If there was better customer service, it’d be 1000 times better.

In fairness, I didn’t actually go in to this Panera. On the site and in Google Maps it looks like an actual Panera, but once you get there it’s actually inside a Residence hall. Just wanted to make people aware of it before they try to get in.
