I have been going to Panera at Pike Plaza a few evenings for dinner in the last couple of months, and Roberto (from the evening shift) has been extremely courteous and kind. He has been accommodating if I arrived near closing. I have to also add that it has been two years that I come to this location, almost daily, as a subscriber, every day. Every single person here is awesome, Omar, and his team, Guchi, Patty, Garry, Karoleus, Karina, Phillip, Michelle, Ellen, and …. others that I am sorry I might have missed. This kind of hospitality, big smiles, and professionalism is hard to find in this day and age, and it is the reason I keep coming back everyday. This is my comfort place.

We enjoyed using our Panera Bread gift cards this morning. This restaurant location was about one mile from our lodging, so it was very convenient to find it. The order taker was very friendly. They were out of my preference, my second menu choice tasted great! It’s good that social distancing and mask wearing are practiced here!

This location is pretty big with both indoor and outdoor seating. I had to get my car serviced and needed to kill sometime so came here. Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. If you haven’t really had this egg white spinach sandwich yet, you are missing out on deliciousness.

Standard Panera Bread location. Personally I think if you’re going for anything other than bread, bagels, pastries, or coffee you would be better off eating at another restaurant. However, it remains a great place to meet up and get a cup of coffee and a sweet bite to eat or breakfast. This location is nice because it has a outdoor seating area that is covered so rain or shine. If you’d like to be outside you have a place to sit. They also a fireplace which is nice in the winter. Definitely a good location to stop by if you’re into Panera Bread.

I was in this location for a class. As always, Panera’s food is hot, fresh! The cashier was very helpful and friendly! My concern was the overall store, the cleanliness details. The build is old, and the management needs to address the walls and fixtures of the ladies’ restroom . An establishment can be in an old building, but It must be maintained to include the details of the facility. Cleanliness in other areas looks good, well stocked with the usual to go items .

It’s the usual Panera experience with a delicious selection of food.
However, the dining area felt a bit off. It was giving an uninviting feel. It was somewhat comfortable, but the ambiance just didn’t feel right. Overall, the place could benefit from an update and improved lighting to bring it up to the Panera vibe. That said, the food & staff were great as always!
