I am writing to express my concern regarding the service at this McDonald’s location. I live nearby and frequently order from this restaurant. However, over the past two years, I have experienced more than twenty instances where my order was either incorrect or missing items.

Unfortunately, today’s experience was the most disappointing. When I arrived at the drive-through window, the employee who handed me my food did not acknowledge me and appeared to be speaking to a coworker using inappropriate language while facing away from me. This felt unprofessional and discourteous.

After I returned home, I discovered that one of the items I ordered was missing and that another item was incorrect. While I understand that occasional mistakes can happen, the frequency of these errors at this location has become unacceptable.

If employees need to speak with coworkers during work, I respectfully suggest that they ensure the order is prepared and verified correctly before handing it to the customer. Having to drive back and forth to resolve order issues wastes customers’ time and creates unnecessary frustration.

Previously, I chose not to check my order at the drive-through window because I did not want to hold up the line. However, due to repeated issues, I will now need to verify my order before leaving the window regardless of how busy the drive-through may be.

I hope management will take this feedback seriously and work to improve order accuracy and customer service at this location.

Terrible. Gone are the days where fast food was actually cheap and pay a bang for your buck. McDonald’s is the not the place of what it used to be and now a shadow of it’s former self. Portions are downsized and quality of service has gotten worse. Corporate greed has pushed prices as high as consumers would tolerate. Paying close to $6 for a double cheeseburger and $7 for 4 piece nuggets is highway robbery.

I tried the local deluxe platter. I wouldn’t have stopped at a McDonald’s in Hawaii with all the amazing food options, but a friend of mine told me that they have a few local items. I just wanted to try it. And sure enough the local platter has rice, Spam, eggs, and sausage. Not your normal McDonald’s breakfast that we’re all used to, you can still order that though. But this was pretty good.

Great staff and service, but the place needs some deep cleaning, maybe a little renovation too that can be done in a weekend hehe. There is also a lingering smell that is just icky.

I had called the store the ask if the lobby was open but before I got a single word out this male worker said “this call is being traced” and hung up I then called back and my call was ignored multiple times never go to this location

The restaurant hours are from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm. That is for both the dining room and drive-thru.
They always lock the dining doors by 9:00 pm or in some cases much, much earlier. For example, tonight, they locked the dining room doors at 8:30 pm (possibly earlier).

The decal that displays the dining room and drive thru hours have been altered. The decal for the dining room open hours and close hours has been removed from the decal for every day of the week.

Just a few months ago, they had signs that said we open till 11:00 pm. The website hours are listed Monday through Sunday 5:00 am to 11:00 pm.

Many patrons who wanted to go into the dining room left because the doors were locked. They did not go through the drive thru. They just left.

This is totally pathetic. They do this all the time!

I wonder if the owner is aware of this. If I were the owner, I would not be happy that my restaurant was actually closed during my stated hours of operation. Why would a sign be posted stating the dining room is open to 11:00 pm, but the dining room doors are locked by no later than 9:00 pm.

Consistently messing up orders… This is the third time I ordered an egg white delight with sausage instead of ham and something different happens every time. (This time they forgot the egg) I called to ask if there was any way I could be comped because I purchased the sandwich during my commute to work and couldn’t make the trip back to return it. I was told I need to bring it back to have it replaced. My fault for not checking because this has obviously become a routine.

On Tuesday May 27, 2025 at approximate 10:06 PM After placing my drive through order, I called to see if they can do a curbside delivery due to being on a bicycle, which is not considered a motor vehicle. After getting someone to answer the phone, I asked one of the workers to see if they can deliver my food at the curb side due to the circumstance. Following that, the worker then told me “Its Not my problem” over the phone. Despite being told by the driver through attendant to enter to the drive through. POOR SERVICE AND I AM NEVER EATING AT THIS LOCATION.
