The soup was barely warm and the place was NOT CLEAN! Tables remained unbussed during our entire visit (40 minutes?). Floors were also very dirty with food remains under two of the tables near my seat. What has happened to my beloved Panera???

Just passing through and stopped at 10 am to grab soup. It took 10 minutes before someone acknowledged us at the drive through. The young lady at the drive through curly hair in a half up half down pony tail was so rude. Attitude for no reason. Go home and stay there if you are having a hard time. She didn’t say hello and rolled her eyes a few times while we gave her the money for our order. Then it took them 20 minutes to give me two soups and they were almost empty inside. I noticed that I only had one baguette instead of the two that came with it. She didn’t respond just went to get me a baguette and handed to me without a bag or nothing. Never coming back and I’m contacting corporate office today as well.

I am really happy that I decided to stop here. I ordered via the app and chose curbside pick up. I got there and accidentally entered the wrong parking spot number. The young lady who brought me food out matched my car info on the order to the cars parked in the curbside pick up and located me. Thank goodness. She was very nice, too. The food is delicious as expected. I this is the first Panera I have seen that has a drive thru!! Oh my! They all should have drive thru!!

Yet another order-ahead, leaving plenty of time to get it right–and they did not. Half the order was either the wrong size or straight-up missing. Drive-thru literally did not say a word to me other than to bark “LAST NAME?”
As an added bonus, if you answer their “how did we do” survey, they will ask “how would you like us to contact you.” And if you select “by e-mail,” they will call and harrass you by phone instead! Super cool.

Very pleasant and easy to get service with minimal contact of employees. You literally don’t have to talk to a soul! Fresh clean look and the food was as expected. If you love Panera Bread you will love this.

Called to place an order. Got there. Didn’t have the food ready and had to make it. At that point I should have just ordered through the drive though.
Mac and cheese was cold.
And the sandwich was trash.
$30 for junk. Better off eating hospital food.

Horrible!! So cold inside on a 60 degree day. Soup, chicken and wild rice is terrible these days. They said its how it comes now. Probably my last visit there. Chicken salad is only ok.. Especially for the price of lunch.

2 out of 5 meals are incorrect. for salads, sometimes they don’t put the dressing in, sometimes they leave the hummus out, sometimes they dont put the baguette in. Not sure how this continues to happen??? Follow up – Just made my last trip to this Panara location this morning 9/16/25. I’ve had enough of the smug employees that act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. I heard one employee say to a customer – “hey lady” Seriously, what a joke.
