I have been going to this location for a while and I don’t know why in some cases people would have their issues when it came for ordering, I recently had the #12 combo before and a Oreo shake and it tasted good in my opinion. I would say it’s a good place but there needs to be more teamwork and for keeping it clean without people feeling disgusted.

Me and my Girlfriend have waited 30 minutes for our small order, turns out when I walked up to see what was taking so long, the manager I believe (he didnt speak English) walked away from me while I was telling him the problem which upset my girlfriend and he told her that hes prioritizing the drive thru and being extremely rude about it, leaving the lobby stacked with customers and asked us if we want our food or the refund..and of course we took our refund..if you want to wait half an hour, this is the place for you

No one in the dining room and several vehicles going through the drive thru in a 10 minute+ period of time while I waited for one single burrito. Watched a doordash delivery guy get told his order that was ordered over 15 minutes prior wasn’t made yet. He said that the store has sucked on service for years. I asked for my money to be put back on my card so I was asked if I wanted it in cash….??? Then I wasn’t able to get a refund receipt because she couldn’t figure it out and had to take a picture of HER copy.

This is my first time leaving a review anywhere, I came here with my family through the drive thru and it took so so long that the people behind us drove off on top of that when i got my order it was wrong and stuff was missing and I didn’t get my receipt so I went inside and they thought it was a good Idea to just replace my onions rings with 2 single mozzarella sticks and gave me the missing items and still no receipt everything was cold and dry, regret going there for lunch.
