This location is just perfect. Everything was in stock when I stopped by. I made a large catering order and everything was correct. Food came out hot and my diners were happy. Food was nearly packaged and stored. I arrived a lil bit early and everything was there. Ordered some salad to go and they came out in less than 30 minutes

What I’ve been noticing about this restaurant I’d that the chairs are disappearing. Our group often has 8 attending and we used to be able to sit at the big table together. Now there’s often only 5 chairs. If we take others away from other tables, they’re left with no chairs. It seems weird not to replace chairs if they break. Or fix them if the come loose. I’d this store failing ? They don’t have money to keep it up? That’s what it looks like to me

I recently visited the Panera Bread location in Eldersburg and had an unfortunate experience. I specifically requested no tomatoes on my sandwiches due to an allergy, yet upon arriving home, I discovered that my order still contained tomatoes. As a result, I was unable to consume the sandwiches, and they had to be discarded.
This level of carelessness is disappointing, especially considering the health risk involved. I would appreciate a full refund for my order and expect that this oversight will be addressed to prevent future issues.

Panera Bread located on the end in the shopping area. It was clean, organized, service was courteous. My wait was about 15 min and they were busy. Covid-19 rules were in place. Outside was nice with umbrellas at some tables. Parking lot was neat. I had a new item, a chipotle chicken bacon ranch pizza. Well made, beautiful, absolutely delicious..with their famous Vermont macaroni and cheese and a very fresh Apple.

We know we pay a little extra to eat Panera but after getting such small portions my last 2 visits, I was pretty disappointed. Small portions, like I was still hungry.
You pick 2: 1 cup of soup, 1/4 of a sandwich and 1.5 inches of bread + Drink = $14
– Wait Time: (probably had staff shortages due to increased gov’t handouts) 10 minute wait to order, 17 minute wait for food
