I visited this Panera location today and was really disappointed by something that should be basic in a food environment: cleanliness. The team manager, Tara, was wearing an apron that looked extremely dirty and unwashed. It honestly made me question the overall sanitation standards behind the counter.
Managers should be setting the example, and seeing that almost made me walk out before ordering. I hope the store addresses this, because cleanliness is just as important as good food and service.

Food is always hot, the rotation is always balanced and somewhere the sweet treats never run out but maintain consistent quality. I have ordered throughout several times of day at this Panera and loved each and every visit. The staff are very friendly and maintain cleanliness within the store.
I prefer this one to the Nottingham location- I’ll write a review on them shortly

Put in a phone order for rapid pickup. Order was scheduled for pickup at 1220pm. It is 1253pm and the only thing they can tell you is your order will be ready soon. What’s the point of a time to pickup knowing it won’t be ready at that time? Customer service sucks at this location. Would recommend not visiting this location

I got the steak and mozzarella sandwich today. It is served cut in half. I ate the first half and it was good. Then I took a bite of the second half and it tasted overwhelmingly of soap or like bath and body works lotion. I had to spit out that bite into a napkin and I threw the rest away. I’m so confused.

Went to Panera today and I just don’t know what happened to the customer service that used to be present. The person that waited on me …. Then I was by the counter waiting for my food and needless to say the attitude that a couple of them were putting off was a little less than to be desired. To top it off something I ordered they were out of and the way the worker expressed it was an experience I don’t want to happen to anyone else. Hopefully one day people will realize it’s the entire experience you get when you are spending money to dine out. It’s a choice you make.
