Very pricey for a “fast food” restaurant. The broccoli cheddar soup was great. The sandwiches were just ok/normal/run of the mill. I ordered a salad initially but they were out of the main ingredient. Order a different salad and they were out of strawberries. The cashier was pleasant and kind and I felt bad she had to keep saying they were out of stuff but as the customer is was very annoying especially after a day of traveling through several states. The chip game is weak too.

Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. The picture of the sandwich looked fabulous with allot of the fried pickle chips on it. When I got it the thing looked like a McDonald hamburger. Took the picture of it and my version of to the manager and got shrugged off. Will never go to any panera bread again. This was the one near the avenue in White Marsh.

My last two visits to Panera were very disappointing at the first visit I ordered a bowl full of onion soup I got a half a bowl full of onion soup. The second visit I went back I ordered another bowl of onion soup when I got home I found that I had a bowl of vegetable soup I don’t like vegetable soup nor did I order vegetable soup. Went here on a Friday night around 7:30, they weren’t that busy with only 2 sets of people ahead of me. Ordered, got my drink, was the first person at the counter waiting, took over 15 minutes to get my food. The messed up the order but I didn’t feel like going back to have them fix it. There was barely any soup in my bread bowl. It was barely warm. Went to get another drink a little after 8 and they had taken away all the teas, but they weren’t closing til 9 m. I spent over $16 for soup, a salad, and a drink which is about $3 more than I used to for the same meal. It’s super disappointing when you spent that much on food for it not to up to par

I purchased a you pick two: the Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich was fresh and delicious but the Apple Fuji salad was all leaves. They also forgot the gorgonzola cheese. When I called the store to let them know, Brian informed me that they could give me a credit for the salad towards my next visit. When I told him I don’t live in the area and asked for a gift card or points on my account so I could use in a mobile order at another location, he said they don’t do that. I normally enjoy Panera but this visit was handled poorly so I will not be going back to this location. Advice: engage in more customer centric solutions to avoid losing customers. These days loyalty comes from recommendations and although I’m just one person, if I decided not to recommend your location or others owned by this operator, there will be a significant change in service and profit.
