This is my local Panera spot. Been coming here for a few years now. I have always had a good experience whenever I go. Now these dipper sandwiches that are currently in the menu are definitely a hit in my book.
Today I popped in & dined in for lunch, I have always been obsessed with their creamy tomato soup so it was a no brainer for me to go for the Chicken Pesto Ciabatta Dipper combo. I requested extra basil pesto spread in my sandwich and they hooked me up just right! The sandwich had all of my favs, grilled chicken, two types of cheeses and a yummy spread. You about a half cup of soup to dip with and that combo tasted amazing. I didn’t realize it came with chips, so I ordered a cookie as my dessert. Not sure how long these combos will last but I will be back to try a different one. This location always lives up to the Panera standard & name, pop in and try something on the menu that you haven’t tried yet, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. Make sure you also download the app, this meal was only $6.66 with my rewards & discounts in the app.

Improve: Food, Service, & Ambiance
Ordered online which was a seamless process. Where this experience pivots is going to a back door to the kitchen and knocking for pickup. They’ve got to make a better plan as this TACKY and not representative of the image it wants to create. I declined the sandwich in presentation of my entire experience. Staff 1/5 was an excellent experience the other 4 couldn’t be bothered with the day or customers patiently waiting for online orders. Do better Panera.
On a positive side, I’ve experienced better service and food was 4/5 while dining in.
Again, DO better as you’ve absorbed other recently closed locations for the area.

My sister treated me to breakfast at Panera Bread this morning. It was pretty good. I ordered a Sandwich: Croissant with Applewood Bacon & Scrambled Egg Sandwich, a Fruit Cup and Organic Boxed Apple Juice. My sister ordered the same sandwich with a flavored iced tea drink and a danish.
We both enjoyed our sandwiches. They were hot and delicious . The bacon was perfectly cooked. Crisp like I like it. The croissant was light and buttery. The egg was whipped and cooked just right.
I couldn’t give 5 stars because the fruit cup was missing when we picked up our order. We had to go back up to the counter with our receipt to get the fruit cup which was overpriced. We also had to brush some crumbs off the table that we sat at.
Overall, the food hit the spot and the atmosphere was relaxing.

This was our first visit to the Owings Mills location. We came for the $1 soup deal. We didn’t realize that we had to but had issues trying to order online. Cashier employee, Robert showed great customer care by assisting us with placing our orders. He remained professional with the steady flow of customers, and very patient with us. The food was delicious and prepared well. Other employees were helpful and accommodating when needed. Thanks for good experience. We will return.

Found a black strand of hair in my salad. I love Panera so it is unfortunate to have this happen. I didn’t get through half of it without finding it wrapped around my fork, of which I don’t have black hair.
Other than this, everything else was well made and the cookies were very delicious. Super quick service for takeout.

Spent a day working with my laptop and some clients here. This was a very nice place to concentrate and not be bothered by loud talking or distractions !! Food was good people were good and the clients left happy. This makes everything easier when things flow this well.

Was just at this location a few days ago. I ordered a pick 2 (soup and salad). Soup was spilled all over my clothes and my car. Spoke to the manager today and he said they’d been having a problem with the lids for the soup containers all week. Came out and never introduced himself his demeanor indicated he was not interested in talking to me. He told me there wasn’t anything he could do. Was not friendly and offered a very insincere apology. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I’m done!

Paid for cream of wild rice and chicken soup and did not get it. The bag is taped. Make sure you untape and check order. Informed manager, no apology. Stop by and pick up another. Not the easiest to access and a few miles away. No apology when I picked up the soup which translates they don’t believe they have done anything wrong. Sad from the standpoint of customer service.

We where at Foundry Row for the tree lighting ceremony. It was freezing so I ordered 4 hot chocolate via the app. The app stated 5 minutes to be ready, but once I placed the order, it stated 15 min. My son went in to pick it up and it took another 30 minutes to get the order. No one was placing rapid pickup orders on the shelf. After a long line of people (who were being ignored my staff), finally got help, the person brought orders from the back one by one. When my son got to the car, we had 4 cold chocolate drinks, no whipped cream and $18 wasted.
