It’s really hit or miss if you are going to get yelled at in the drive through for asking a question. Im sure they get tired of answering the same questions all day long but thats what customer servive is. Still have the best breakfast around though. Love the dollar menu Mcgriddles

This McDonald’s has come A LONG way! We hardly ever eat McDonald’s and we never go inside so I can’t state how the atmosphere is inside. But I do know that they are always friendly, which wasn’t the case for years, and my food is hot now with very little mistakes, which was also never the case. I’m impressed with the hard work they’ve put in. Well done to employees who show up and work hard and happily!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Needs to be shut down for an overhaul of cleaning up and new workers. Waited serval minutes to get served at the counter. One of the workers even came out from the back to say hello to his friends, the other two workers were just standing there. Place is filthy, soda machine hasn’t been cleaned in ages, the tray has old crusty drink. There’s spilled substance just next to the counter that’s been there for a while all dried up. Food scraps and rubbish all over the floor in the kitchen.

Place needs an industrial size bucket of disinfectant and a power washer. Bathroom filthy, stink, floors slick. Employees acted like we were an inconvenience to help because we’re older citizens and don’t understand kiosk ordering system. Tables dirty with food scraps and pop spills. Trash cans outside were over flowing.
Drive through was 9 vehicles deep. The hell with customers inside building. One Employee was too busy trying to flirt with a guy, and then apparently she went on break and order food. Place needs better management

We are just passing through from the quad cities on a road trip. We stopped to grab a bite to eat and all 4 of us were talking about how this is the hottest and freshest McDonald’s we’ve ever had. My teenager said he gives it 10 out of 10 it was the best McDonald’s breakfast he’s ever had. Wish the ones where we are from were as fast and good as what your store was today! Thank you!

When your service isn’t friendly it effects the whole experience. We were driving thru so wouldn’t be back anyway, but we stopped for ice cream cones, but saw there was no ice cream so we just ordered drinks. The guy taking the order needed me to repeat myself 3 times. Which wasn’t an issue really, a little annoying but he was rude about it so we almost drove away.
Same kid took our payment. Didn’t say nothing to us at all.
Gentleman working the other window saved it tho, he was friendly, and even tho he was overwhelmed and stressed he still smiled and asked how my day was.
*The sweet tea was not good* 🙁

Coke tasted like drain cleaner. They were out of diet Coke. Drive thru employee practicality threw my food at me. Fries were old. I waited forever to get my food. I never have a good experience at this location and they never seem to care.
