I haven’t been to Panera Bread in quite some time. This location was extremely dirty and not well run.
We arrived around 3pm so it was fairly empty but it looked like a bomb went off inside because it was so dirty.
The cashiers took our orders and were friendly. The cooked prepared the food quickly but the sitting situation was bad. Our kids were walking around the empty restaurant trying to find a clean table. The 4 of us sat at a small 2 person table since that was the only cleanish spot.
You needed a code to enter the bathroom which looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. They looked and smelled gross.
Throughout our entire dining experience of 30+ minutes we never saw any attempt to clean tables or trash up.
The food was decent but we will never go back to this location. Have a look at the photos. If these restaurants continue down this path they will lose their customers and close. So dirty and must have a problem with homelessness. Broken ice machine as well.

Opens literally at 6:00 in the morning. Clean. Very large. All workers are very nice. They change the toilet key every day but very comfy and people come to work from there. Many plugs.
The morning hours has different options of food eg avocado toast. After 10:00 you can get other food and soups. The chicken with rice soup is amazing. Ice Green tea with papaya as well.

The front desk staff is awesome. The managers look like they are burnt out from over working. Most of the times the coffees are not filled and are empty and have to wait for refill. Sometimes, they are irritated when you ask them to refill it.

I feel that managers should learn from people like MEBRAT to smile more and greet people properly. For all we know these managers might be over worked and have their places understaffed. The organization should take a look at this as this is one of my favorite kind of food.

Usually, this location is okay, but every Thursday afternoon, the portion size is only a third compared to other locations and even compared to how this store usually operates, and the seating and drink area are especially dirty and haven’t been cleaned. I’ve always liked Panera Bread, but I don’t know what happens on Thursdays—on those days, I avoid this place.

Great panera quality restaurant. The staff is helpful and courteous. The quality of food is good, place is clean and nice. Chicken soup and avocado sandwich is a must try. Muffins and coffee is good, don’t forget to try the herbal drinks.

Average food quality for a Panera. Staff isn’t exactly vibrant but you can’t blame them, this location seems dead.
It is also a complete mess, see photo. Food waste and trash all over the place and the food surfaces are not wiped down very often. Music is also turned down so you can hear everyone’s conversation.

A very good bakery and coffee store with wi-fi that works well and good coffee and food. Located by the Germantown transit center and near a freeway exit. If you go out for coffee/soda often then join the Sip Club where you can get unlimited coffee/soda/tea for about 11-12 dollars a month (lot cheaper than Starbucks). Germantown does not have a whole lot of places to go so this place can be quite busy at times.

I ordered bacon , scrambled egg and cheese on Brioche and this was what the sandwich looked like. 2 pieces of bacon. I got the other sandwich from the Seneca Meadows location. Much better quality. Giving 2 stars to the Century Blvd. location because I have no complaints about the service.

Locking your bathroom doors is just ignorant. Especially when the rest of the place is dirty and boxes and trash laying all around the exterior… anyone going out of there way to prevent people from using the restrooms or forcing someone to buy before doing so should be put in jail. What has this world come too??? If we cant even use a bathroom???

Seen the lead manager using the urinal with his apron on. As well as several employees disposing of trash in the back, with their aprons on. I’ve also seen employees casual picking their nose before toasting bread.
