First, I acknowledge that we came in within the last hour of the store being open. However, the table tops should still be clean regardless of the hour. And if they are mixing the sauces here rather than receiving them prepackaged, you may want to have them start measuring the ingredients by weight. Too much cilantro for the Chicken Avocado Melt sandwich. It overpowered the chipotle and chicken flavor.

I ordered bacon , scrambled egg and cheese on Brioche and this was what the sandwich looked like. 2 pieces of bacon. I got the other sandwich from the Seneca Meadows location. Much better quality. Giving 2 stars to the Century Blvd. location because I have no complaints about the service.

Great panera quality restaurant. The staff is helpful and courteous. The quality of food is good, place is clean and nice. Chicken soup and avocado sandwich is a must try. Muffins and coffee is good, don’t forget to try the herbal drinks.

Every once in a while I get a doordash order from this panera. I ask my husband to write clear instructions to substitute avocado instead of chicken in their Fuji Apple salad, but half the times they forget to put avocado. I put up with it. Bu today, when the salad came, they not only forgot to sub avocado in place of chicken, there were absolutely no pecan pieces in the salad (which are part of the ingredient list) and little to no cheese. I can’t believe the sloppy job they are doing. Panera has been upping the cost and cutting down yummy ingredients over the course of years. But this kind of carelessness can not be excused. In case if you don’t have a particular ingredient in stock, you can always refuse to fulfill the order and apologize saying “we are out”, but simply skipping it does not fly with the customer.
