Always a good experience here, I love their pick 2 deals and papaya green tea drink. I ordered their special fiesta chicken it was very flavorful and and appealing. Service is always good, never an issue. I really like coming here I definitely recommend to anyone.

I went here for dinner with my wife and parents. We were having issues with the app and Ryan helped us out on the register since the kiosk wasn’t working correctly. He knew my parents by name and they knew his. They are in their late 70s and small gestures like him looking out for them and quickly fixing ordering issues are really meaningful. It’s nice to know someone is willing to help immediately when anyone has issues there.

Pre-order by mobile app. There is public parking lots 100 feet down the street. The drink was ready on the Rapid Pick-Up shelf. There are a few tables on the outdoor porch area. The table booth has power plugs to charge mobile devices. It was averaging level of people talking. While working there for about two hours, the WiFi was very much stable.

Not so convenient for parking and this stretch of Bethesda is very difficult to get through and there’s always a lot of traffic. I feel like the food here is not the highest quality, but it is consistent.

I usually order egg, cheese, Sausage Sandwich on a bagel on Saturdays. For the last three weeks, my orders were wrong.
First time my sandwich came with bread and no sausage. Second time, got the bagel right, no sausage. Third time, got the bagel right no sausage. This time I made sure they understood my order. Looked at the receipt. And the price was right. Basically I paid $6 for Bagel egg, cheese sandwich. I thought about checking my food before leaving. But I did not and I should not. You guys owe me the right sandwich for free.

The people here are so welcoming and pleasant, in particular Moriah, who took out breakfast order. She so wanted to help us get exactly what we wanted and helped us with a smile. After placing our large order, the food prep people put it together quickly, pleasantly and completely. The dining area was clean and well-lit.

From head to toe the absolute best Panera I have ever visited! The staff are not only helpful but super sweet and each time they absolutely make my day. I appreciate this location more than they could ever know. Corporate should model every store after this one.
