Was reluctant to come back to this location today but I told my mom I would pick her up some tacos for lunch on the new year. I was overcharged for one of my tacos. I didn’t think it was a big deal but I just went back to just get it corrected anyway since I was still in my car. When I go back, I tell the super nice cashier that he just rung me up wrong. Then here comes the rude manager, a woman she says to him thinking I don’t hear oh well she got a lot of food anyways. I did not get a lot of food. I got two tacos and you’re allowed to choose as many toppings as you want and I got beans, rice onions with my meat, ma’am so then I tell this rude manager you know I heard you talking crap about me right in front of my face and she deflects saying oh she was just talking about how the new employee over scooped my food. I told her no she didn’t. I come to chipotle all the time! she did not over scoop my food. I watched her she did a great job and she didn’t skimp me, which is good. How about you guys NOT hire management that does not know how to deal with customers? How dare you think you can talk about someone right in front of their face? I spend so much money on gift cards for myself! for chipotle! I’m just gonna stop because at this point it’s not worth it. Hospitality down the drain, management down the drain, food quality down the drain unless you go early when they open!

Not one. Not two but three people looked my way and kept working. One actually had the audacity to pull out his phone while I was standing there. Sorry you’re having a rough night fellas but don’t take it out on customers.

I visited this location today, 11/1. The SERVICE
is receiving 5 stars only because of Evelyn Rosario. I didn’t catch the other employee’s name, but I wish I had her attitude left a lot to be desired.
If you’re out of all the protein, it’s best to notify the cook when food is running low. That way, when customers arrive, you can politely let them know that more is being prepared, rather than saying the cook “has other things to do” and hasn’t gotten to it yet. That kind of response makes a poor impression and would have earned only 1 star.
Thankfully, Evelyn stepped in and made sure I received what I came for. She ensured everything was fresh, was very polite, professional, and truly understands great customer service.

Been going to this location for 3 years and it’s been good but as of recent months the staff from 10:45am – 3 pm tends to burn the chicken leaving it overly cooked and dry and when having low amounts they will give you scarps that’s unfair especially when you ask for more they say “ we have nomore “ when they do by delivery station. Please improve the food training and customer service.

The only Chipotle that serves half portions of choosen meat for full price! Nowhere did I see a 50% off sign, so when I confronted the lady manager she instructed the guy serving to give me a little more…which was a meager two little pieces of chicken…reading the reviews I am not the only one complaining about the very disproportionate food ‘rations’.

Was served a small portion in two bowls i ordered. Other Chipolte locations offer larger portions. Asked for a receipt and was told the machine wasn’t printing receipts right now. Service was not great, no greeting, no smiles. Would not go back to this location!

When I worked in Freeport for a little I would come to this Chipotle Location and would always do take out. The food itself was pretty much always good, just the service and environment itself can go either way. Some of the counter people seem miserable and like they don’t want to be there and a lot of my visits there would also consist of the restaurant itself being pretty messy. Tables weren’t wiped down, paper all over the floor. Soda Machine stations messy. I think it would do some good for higher up management to start coming down on this location more.

Me and my sister ordered from this location through Uber eats. Our bowl came with 3 spoonfuls of food. The burrito was the size of our palm when our food used to be full and delicious. If I were able rate it 0 stars I would. This chipotle is mad stingy.
